Would not even award a 1 star if was able to comment without it! STAY well clear of this company. I would not touch it with a barge pole following my experience with them and nothing further from truth than their promise of 100% moneyback gaurantee and that's before the item has even been sent/received!

AVOID AVOID. This is likely a drop shipping company who couldn’t care less. Bought a pillow wedge for my newborn baby. Customer service is atrocious and lacking. Issues:
1) Product does not match the description, photos and videos depicting the product are wrong- make the product look bigger and better qualiry than it is
2) Chemical smell of the product- NOT SAFE for a baby
3) Website states that you will "ship wihtin 8-24 hours" after payment, and "arrange the fastest shipping (1-2 weeks)" which was not the case. It was delivered a month after the order was placed
4) Customer service says there is no defect to the product. I didn’t know you could smell through the screen??

Regret making I purchase from this company I received a poor quality toy and when I tried to refund it the company agreed but has not sent me the necessary return item despite asking, they have used stalling tactics for over two months.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Purchased Crocs which weren’t delivered. Evri confirmed they had ‘lost’ them and provided relevant info which I passed on to customer service at Kidz Country - they’ve now blocked me and refusing to give any updates or a refund. Save yourself the disappointment and don’t purchase from this dodgy company!!

Update: claimed through my bank to get a refund and a month later they keep contacting me telling me to stop the claim through the bank and they’ll do an investigation. Not sure why they think I’d fall for that but as above AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

My fault. I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter.

Ordered in November, expected it to take two weeks to be delivered. Alerted them after 3 weeks. They responded with the tracking link saying it was shipped. I kept following up and following up and was continued to be told it would be delivered.

After Christmas came and went and I had to get another gift for my daughter as this didn’t arrive, I raised a dispute with my credit card company for non-delivery.

This was when they finally contacted me to tell me that they believed my item was lost and offered me a refund but only if I closed the dispute. I said I would but only when I received the refund.

They continued to send me emails that felt threatening telling me to close the dispute.

I’m letting my credit card company deal with it but honestly, don’t buy from them. Save yourself the grief.

Don’t buy from this company. Bought a product before Xmas but didn’t work. Poorly designed plastic toy which was expensive. Quick positive response when i contacted to complain and lots of assurance that it was being looked into etc but all delaying tactics. All gone dead now and no closer to knowing how to claim a refund.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Nothing but a fraudulent scam. I ordered some soft play mats that were apparently in the sale Down from £80 to £40, i thought they would match the pictures and descriptions but they didn’t, they arrived dirty and faulty with holes in the back and couldn’t even connect them properly. I contacted them 10 mins after I got them from the delivery driver, I sent photographic evidence of all defects. They replied to say they couldn’t find any defects in my items??? They then said to solve my issue they would give me 15% off my next order, no way would I order from them again!! I am currently waiting for them to do the right thing and refund my money but I’m pretty sure that’s not going to happen so will be raising a dispute with the bank. I never usually get scammed as very cautious however this website seemed to be legit and apparently UK based, which infact is also incorrect. They’re very quick to respond in emails but never seem to solve the issue. Pleas don’t waste your time or money!!

Ordered a Lego r2d2 figure from this company
Arrived in a bag no box
Contacted them to be told they are not really Lego distributors
Took figure to Lego store to be informed that numerous pieces are missing and firm is a joke
Passed onto police and Lego head office
No compensation just a return address to post back
Do not use absolutely joke of a company

I would give this company zero stars, if it would let me. Ordered a gift for Christmas in November and still not here. No contact, no refund, no anything!!! Terrible company, do not use this company. Horrible people.

I ordered what I thought was a soccer goal for my grandson. Despite the photo showing the goal post and net, it was just the net. My mistake, but a misleading photo.

As so many have written on here they deal with fake products from China put across as the genuine products. We ordered a Deadpool Funko pop figure. I tracked the delivery and saw it was coming from China. It arrived in time for Christmas but on closer inspection we discovered it was a fake. I’m normally a careful shopper but this one fooled me.

Ordered Crocs for my son for Christmas... ordered in December 5..
Didnt arrive before Christmas.. when I inquired about When they were coming they sent an email saying that unfortunately they're shipping contractor lost the package and they have to reprocess the order...
Here it is January 4th. I inquired again basically saying I'm pretty sure this is a complete scam. Am I going to get anything ever... And I got the same exact email response saying that the shipper lost the product and they're going to reprocess the order...
Feels like I'm about to go through a lot of headaches to recoup my $35..

This company is a SCAM. They sold us a costume for our son that was the wrong size and tried to give us the run-around. They are from China and do not care about customers and refuse legitimate returns. Great job ruining a kids xmas

I have been waiting 32 days with no sign of my child’s Christmas present (watch) and now it’s the 4th of Jan. I have received only a generic follow up message on the 24th of Dec and no further correspondence or follow up. Time to go to my credit card company.

Scam site. Don’t use.

Don't order from this company, the product is nothing like the picture , it is cheap tat from China.. costing way over the value.
Also will not refund , and only allows exchange if faulty.

Worst company ever! The top didn’t fit so initially wanted to exchange it but after all the hassle I’ve had I have just asked for a refund which they keep saying it is being investigated. They initially wanted me to send a picture of a top with a tape measure on it, I wasn’t arguing the size was incorrect, it simply didn’t fit! I’m going to go to my bank to try and get the money back as it’s a joke. They’re quick to email back but always say the same thing!

Ordered a child’s swing chair that was supposed to have a bright, colourful animal pattern, turned up and it’s just plain grey. Attempted to email them but the email bounced back, presumably non existent.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
