I wanted to share my appreciation for the fantastic customer service. Peter has been extremely helpful and honest throughout the process. Although there were some initial hiccups with the order, he kept us well-informed every step of the way. Additionally, he kindly offered us a gift card to compensate for the delivery of the wrong color, which we greatly appreciated.
While the product choices may be somewhat limited, I would still highly recommend purchasing from here. Thanks again for the great experience!

I am fully satisfied with the quality of the product as well as Kidznbaby team’s work. They guided me from the moment of placing the order till the last mile delivery. Very professional service. The only room for improvement is a website. Sometimes there is a lack or absence of detailed description of the goods. I had to investigate it on other sources. As for the rest - I highly recommend the shop for everyone. The baby buggy is outstanding. Can’t wait to carry my child in it!
