Ordered a onesie in November 2024. Sent the entirely incorrect size so contacted them and attempted to rectify issue with payer. Took weeks to reply and final resolution was to either "reorder" or "take 20% discount on product I was sent". Paypal said it is now "too late" and the payer no longer is responding. Horrible experience
