Disappointment meets compromise

I had honestly been so disappointed with my decision to move forward with getting the Onyx over another brand's equivalent product as I was well aware of the consequences I'd have to face should I not be able to use the product due to fitting issues. After months of defeated acceptance, I reached out to customer support in the hopes of finding an alternative and was pleased to find a new product would be coming out soon in the US that addresses this problem. However, it was definitely difficult to understand how other products they had could still be shipped to the US but this new product was exclusively available to Oceania customers. I had even hinted my willingness to have a friend order it and ship it to me but I suppose they were only taking into consideration my cost savings if I waited for the bulk shipment of their product to be brought over together rather than ship me one for having been unable to enjoy my original product for months. With respect to their return policy, I can only wonder if a greater commitment to customer satisfaction would've been applied if that option were available to me. I did have to go out of my way to shamefully ask for some sort of discount as it seemed no sympathy was conveyed for my situation and recent buyer's remorse. While I considered giving 4 stars for this, I knew I was not entitled to any such consideration when it was my fault for not having noticed information that was allegedly there at the time of purchase. I can only recall that all their other units were sold out and I could not have chosen a more fitting unit at the time If I wanted. Perhaps I overlooked it and since they did end up responding to the affirmative to my request of a discount, I saw no reason not to rate their customer service short of exceptional.

Piece of Crap, my dick goes limp it in. After 2 hours of trying to use this thing to get off, nodda. Do not waste any money on this, or any of their products. F'n company cant even respond to an email after two weeks. You are better off sticking your dick in a meat grinder. update: Fleshlights quickshot launch is 8.5/10

Slow customer service, Did not arrive, Do not recommend

I ordered a Keon 11/04 and 16 days later I still haven't received the product. They we're happy to charge my card asap but also have days long response times to urgent customer service requests.

I do not recommend ordering from these guys. Maybe they're struggling because of rona or something but that's even more reason to not buy from this company until they can get their stuff together.

Edit: the order finally arrived one day before it would be considered lost (according to them 3 weeks)

Disappointing BOTH ways.

I just got the KEON, and so far I am very much UNDERWHELMED... First off, I downloaded the Feelconnect App and probably if I could connect it would be fine. My Phone, finds the KEON just fine, but connecting to the phone, doesn't allow the app to connect to it. That is just stupid. The App should be able to use the device when its connected to the phone. So I can't connect the phone, but when I have it in pairing mode and not connected to the phone, and I try to connect through the app as you are supposed to do, then it NEVER finds the device. I ran through the entire battery JUST trying to connect to the device.

I also tried the KEON in manual mode and its not as good as I was expected, but when I got going into a good rhythm with it, it felt VERY good... But before I could even finish, it runs out of juice. Very disappointed. Even when it is good, it doesn't have the stamina to really work. And I thought I needed to work on my stamina...

I DID find one thing (aside from the short time it was pleasurable in manual mode) that I liked. Fleshlight sleeves fit into the Keon cradle and so you can use a Fleshlight sleeve with it. However, the Fleshlight sleeve is ever so slightly larger than the KEON sleeve. So when you put the Fleshlight sleeve into the KEON cradle, you get a tighter fit in the sleeve. That made my Fleshlight sleeve even more pleasurable.

Please don't connect the Keon to your mobile phone's Bluetooth. It should only connect to the app.

I think you have downloaded the wrong app. We have a new app, FeelConnect 3.0. The download links in the manual take you directly to the new app.

If you did download our new app, FeelConnect 3 and you are still unable to connect to the app, could you please contact our support team on info@kiiroo.com so that we can do some troubleshooting!

If your battery depleted unexpectedly, there may be a technical fault. In this case, could you please contact our support team (info@kiiroo.com) with details of battery usage time so that we can assess whether there is a fault or not.

Don't even consider this company

The quality of their products is horrible and their customer service is even worse. You would think for the price you are paying that you would be purchasing a good decent/high quality product with accommodating customer service - you are not. I would not give this company a penny.

100% satisfied

KEON - 100% satisfied. Delivery ultra fast from Netherlands to UK in about 3-5 days maximum. I spent about 2 hours on settings but after it does what is says. For app go to playstore and check feelconnect 3.0 (only this one worked the other impossible here i spent about 1.5 hours to figure it out) , if you got VR is working on mozilla firefox browser straight on your Device , (I got htc vive). I admit that I was really frustrated at one point with connectivity but after it worked 100% as it should. For all ppl that did not work download feelconnect 3.0 I guarantee 100% will be ok. Use this toy for fun time to time don't exaggerate with porn otherwise your brain will go nuts because of dopamine excess and when you will want to get laid or have babies with someone you can't get excited enough and you will get in trouble. thanks , wish you a very nice day!

I felt like the toy was interesting

I felt like the toy was interesting, but it lacked in some areas. I couldn't fit inside using the sleeve even after applying lots of lube. I had connectivity issues using the app when connecting to my partner and have an excellent wifi bandwidth. and made sure that there were not other bluetooth devices interfering with the signal. I tried reaching out to customer support on several occasions, but am still waiting for a response after a week.

This thing is total junk. I did research before purchase but should have been more in depth. Lots of buzzing and whirring with very little contact or pressure. $230.00 right out the window as you can NOT return if it opened. Its a scam.

Great customer service

Great customer service. My device stopped working. Contacted support and Samantha tried to walk me through the troubleshooting process. She was very patient and prompt. After she determined that the device is bad, she immediately sent replacement unit by priority mail. I am very happy with the customer service. Samantha is a wonderful support analyst.

All the complaints are accurate!

Every single complaint here is accurate. I've owned this thing a matter of days, barely have used it, and I've already validated all of them. The grip can barely be felt, the product is difficult to sync, and the sleeves tear VERY quickly after just a couple of uses without even being aggressive or overusing the product. This thing is complete garbage. I will NEVER buy a product from Kiiroo again, and I REALLY wish I had found these (VERY COMMON) complaints before I paid for this stupid thing.

Ignore the complainers... great toy.

Just received my Onyx+ and took it for a test drive. I have no clue what all the negative reviews are for? I'm 5.5cm girth and it fits and jacks wonderfully. Yeah, you need to fiddle with the app to make it work with interactive porn. Pretty easy to get working if you have 5 minutes to troubleshoot.

To be clear this is not the same as a human experience. I've had lots and lots of amazing sex with living breathing people. It's still pretty damn amazing.

Maybe the negative reviews are from below average guys?

I don't regret getting this toy one bit. Totally worth the money.

Onyx + - an HONEST and sadly negative review.

Honest, helpful and constructive - you got it trust pilot.

I don't get a lot from my partner (she's doesn't really enjoy s*x), so I tend to masturbate quite often.

A few years back I bought a fleshlight. It has some caveats, but overall I'd give that product a 4/5.

So naturally I ended up coming across 'automatic male masturbators' and thought, wow, that sounds awesome. Did my research, found what looked to be the best, and bought it - the kiiroo onyx+.

It arrived today. I kind of wish it hadn't and I could claim lost in the mail and get a refund.

Getting it connected to your phone's Bluetooth isn't overly hard, but then comes the part where you try to watch videos in sync with it - it is an 'interactive' device after all.

My god. That was ridiculous. And I know how to sync and connect things. This was the most uninformative, unintelligent explanation I've ever seen.

At NO time, does it suggest you have to view the video ON ANOTHER DEVICE in order for the device to sync.

Here I was thinking it was broken. No. You have to sync the device with your phone (easy enough), then use a secondary device to locate your interactive video (kind of easy enough), then select sync video to my device (fine again), but then no mention that you have to watch the video on that second device. It sounds stupid, but if you give it a go, you watch how unintuitive it is. It's sheer ridiculousness.

And onto the performance!

Really couldn't say much.
The product feels to be underpowered (I have average girth and maybe a touch above average length) and upon insertion and running one of the modes - the device would grind/lock up before flashing red lights constantly signifying a 'jam'. Not what you want to happen with your member inside a tube.

The sensation is well below average - I'd much prefer my hand than this. It feels like it tickles the end of your head, but that's about it. No proper compression around your shaft, no stroke up and down the way it advertises - "just like the real thing"... Rubbish.

And as for the noise, it's not too bad, you'd probably just wanna make sure nobody else is home or they may come in wondering what the hell is going on.

Overall I'm exceedingly disappointed and sad I just parted with $250 AUD. It's a great idea, but at the end of the day it just doesn't deliver.

The ONLY 'plus' about the Onyx+, was that it WAS delivered quickly (less than a week from ordering) and the packaging WAS discreet.

I would STRONGLY recommend against this product. Get something else, or just stay with your hand.

I actually received mine on time...

I actually received mine on time... That's where the positives end. After less than 10 minutes of using it, the sleeve got a hole in it. But don't worry! You can buy replacement sleeves on their website for an extra $30. But to add onto that, this thing just wiggles around when you slide into it, and it only contracts around the bottom 3 inches, despite the fact that the inner tube is at least 9 inches long. Literally just feels like someone wiggling your junk around like a joystick. Stay away from this product at all costs.

No Gay Content

For the customer service part, I have to admit that Joshua did an excellent job of taking care of my issue. He was super quick to respond and provided me with an excellent resolution. Outside of the customer service realm, I didn't appreciate getting a gift card to a totally straight website. I have no doubt there is a countless number of gay clientele but we are kinda getting ripped off with the interactive experience with the lack of any gay porn that's interactive. I have toys of this nature already the appeal for me was having something that would be interactive with the porn so I actually don't use it like I thought I would because of the fact I bought it for the interactive experience. I suggest you mention in your ads that the interactive does not contain any gay content. It's terribly misleading to leave that tidbit of information out of your ads.
