Spend more than 200€ on something was stolen on delivery. DPD done something wrong and accept it. Kiiroo tell me than i need to contact Route what i did but Route send me a form from OneNotary asking my id card and a paypal for the refund. I dont even have a paypal! I bought it with bancontact. Kiiroo, dpd and Route dont want to help for something i've bought..

spent my entire check on a device they claimed was capable of being linked to my camming platform and the device cant even connect to the blutooth, not to mention the fit is small very small. have to be soft and get hard in the device.

Kiiroo send me a dead Keon, it doesn't work not even with a fully charged battery.
I have been trying to contact customer support by email and called several times and left voicemail messages.
They don't reply.
I paid nearly €200 and have gotten nothing in return.
Very frustrating, at this point I feel like visiting them in their office on the 4th floor and . . .
If I get a satisfactory reply before the end of the day tomorrow 28 February 2025, I will update this review and my review on pissed customers.com
If Kiiroo doesn't respond appropriately I will intensify my efforts until justice is done.
I am a person who does not give up. I will get real bad if you mess with me. Treat me with respect and I will be highly supportive.
I will dedicate my time to writing negative reviews on all platforms and social media, including recommendations about other products similar to the Keon and detailed convincing explanations to all who are interested why they should buy those instead of Kiiroo's products... if Kiiroo doesn't contact me today or tomorrow and solves this matter.

To give you a taste Kiiroo, here I start with my recommendation for future customers:
Check out the Lovense Solace Pro instead of Keon!
It charges in half an hour and lasts 4 hours.
The Keon needs a 4 hour charge and discharges quick, about 1 hour, or like mine: a full battery lasts 2 minutes.
The Lovense Solace has many other advantages over the Keon:
a USB C port instead of B
softer sleeves
it weighs 900 grams instead of Keons 2 kilos
it is quieter
Simply a much more thoughtful and high class product than Kiiroo's products.
This review will hit Social Media and YouTube and related forums, and Reddit if Kiiroo doesn't solve it.

UPDATE:
Yes after 2 weeks of daily effort and my review on Trustpilot, Kiiroo has responded and says they have sent a replacement Keon to me.
We'll see when it arrives if it functions as they promise...
Been 4 weeks and the order never arrived. Zero response from customer service after few emails. And still cannot raise any claim with their delivery company despite it being over 20 days since the last update of delivery stsus (which is what condition of delivery company is). I’ll be looking for other ways to get my money back, but I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.

Bought a bunch of stuff and didn’t receive the main unit the Keon but got all the add ons for it which are useless. Contacted customer service haven’t heard anything.

I had bought the Keon a while ago. It worked reasonably well for video syncing purposes.
After dropping it only a few times from the side of my bed, perhaps half a metre or so, over the course of a month it had stopped functioning. The motor was blocked apparently. Support saw the fault with me (understandably) and I got no help other than "yeah. It's broken". I contemplated some McGyvering to make it usable again, but for the sake of my safety decided against it.
I decided to buy it again! I had wrist pain from constantly using my PC and well you know... So I bought it again as a sort of early christmas gift to myself. Got that neck strap thing too, so I don't dare drop it. The neck strap juuuust about reached down to where it needed to. Hm. I'm of average height, so that's kind of disappointing for some I bet. One thing I must've forgot, is its abysmal battery life. The Keon charges rather slowly and seems to empty out way too fast by comparison. The model I got doesn't even have a USB-C plug, but microUSB. In 2024! For the pricetag it sure could've included a larger capacity battery and modern charging capabilities.
Some warranty breaking powerusers even modify the power supply to make the device function while charging, - yes it doesn't even do that - a feature that should've been there from the start. I'm not technically gifted enough for that and I don't want to have a fried willy, so I'll opt not do that. But the fact that people are feeling the need to do this alone shows, that the device is lacking.
For a little more than the price, you can buy custom devices with greater ranges of motion which are quieter and have better power supply solutions, offered by said powerusers. Next time I won't be returning to KIIROO for my purchases. Except perhaps for something interesting like the Glow sleeve. But that thing started molding faster than any FL sleeve I owned before, so probably not even that.
Bottom line is:
Being unable to use the device until it satisfies me, makes me end up questioning why I bought it in the first place. [Twice for some reason... Fool me once and all that haha.]
Setting things up for half an hour, only to have the fun switch back to manual after 15 minutes just makes me sad.

I initially posted a review about Kiiroo due to missing items from my order, misleading advertising, and the company’s refusal to resolve the matter professionally. Unfortunately, the situation has worsened since then.
After sharing my honest feedback, supported by evidence including screenshots and correspondence, Kiiroo has accused me of dishonesty and even threatened to publish private email communications without my consent. These baseless accusations and intimidation tactics are unacceptable and unprofessional.
Instead of addressing my concerns, Kiiroo has repeatedly demanded additional payments for items that were clearly advertised as free and should have been included in my original purchase. This persistence, despite the ongoing dispute, feels coercive and has only deepened my distrust in the company.
The threat to share private communications raises serious privacy concerns and could violate regulations such as the GDPR. Such actions are retaliatory and show a complete disregard for customer rights and privacy.
I am deeply disappointed with how this matter has been handled and no longer have any trust in Kiiroo or its practices. I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this company, as my experience has been one of intimidation, poor customer service, and a refusal to take accountability.

I don’t usually write reviews, but be cautious about what you buy on this site. I purchased three products and was disappointed with all of them. I believe that many of the reviews on their site may not be genuine, as I couldn’t leave a review for my purchases there, which raises questions about how others could. So, I’m leaving my review here.
I bought the Powerblow along with the Feel Pocket Stroker Crystal. I own several similar items, but these were the most expensive and the least satisfying. Unfortunately, I’m unable to return them. The Powerblow functions like an electric pump, and the pocket stroker feels overly tight. Even with extra lubricant, it’s difficult to use, and comfort is an issue. The experience didn’t meet my expectations compared to other brands that work smoothly.
I also bought the warming lubricant, but it had no noticeable warming effect despite reviews saying otherwise.
The only positive aspect was the fast delivery within a day. I did my research in advance and read many positive reviews across the internet. However, after purchase, I noticed that some reviews were sponsored by Kiroo, even on Reddit.
In my opinion, the creators and sellers of this product could improve both quality and transparency. This experience has made me cautious about ordering other products from the site in the future.

If you are from the UK, avoid buying from this company if you value your time and sanity. They use EVRI which is infamous for messing up your delivery.
I just had my package worth over £200 sent to the wrong address and it was gone, missing. Someone else took it. Along with their free items, they have my full address and name now as it was on the package.
Trying to contact the company for a solution they offer no direct contact, just a form to fill, and they PROMISE they will get back to you in a few days.
Meanwhile im out of pocket, wasted a whole day in the house waiting for my items, my privacy was breached AND someone else got my items for free.

I ordered my order on 06/02/2024, they promised delivery within two weeks, today is the 10th day they still have not sent my order due to the lack of a certain product, I asked them to replace it with another product but they wrote that they would respond within 5- 7 days turns out in 15 days, in the best case they will send my goods and it will still go 2 weeks turns out a month delivery is not a fact that they will deliver No. 164932

I purchased a Kiiroo product from a third party in Denmark.
After receiving the product I thought it was defective but reached out directly to Kiiroo for technical help, in case I’d missed an important step or done something wrong. After sending Kiiroo a short video they confirmed it was defective and suggested I reach out to the supplier for a refund or replacement, which I had done a few days prior. The Kiiroo support team reached out to the supplier to see if the replacement could be sped up and within a matter of an hour the supplier e-mailed to confirm shipment of a replacement.
The Kiiroo support staff went above and beyond to help me and they now have a loyal customer.
Can’t recommend them highly enough.
