We recently did a full rip-out of a bedroom and en suite bathroom and a full re-do of both. Using Kiistone was reassuring for both us and our builder as the project had quite a few stages. The transparency in tasks, costs and then completion & payment - on both sides - provided a sense of trust for both parties. It was easy to use the app and work methodically through the project - making modifications where necessary.
Would highly recommend using Kiistone for both customers but also trade. We felt a greater sense of trust that a trader was willing to use the app in the first place. Great support from the Kiistone team when we had a couple of queries too. We will definitely be looking to use Kiistone on any further work we do on our renovation. Good job guys!

New Bathroom. We were recommended to use the Kiistone App by a friend who had used it previously. We found the App easy to use and our fitter was happy to use it too.
