Excellent customer liaison
I placed an order for eliquid. After a short delay with no delivery and as patience is not one of my virtues, I emailed the company. I received a swift reply outlining a minor stock issue. I was offered alternatives and I replied with my preferences. After a couple of days and prompt email responses, I was recontacted, and as stock issues were now resolved, my contact suggested a full order not only adjusted tomy preferred choice but it was clear that the representative had taken careful note of my earlier correspondence. Delivery was made within 24 hours. It was very reassuring to be able to have the ability to contact and prompt response with an online supplier, and that care had been taken with my order. Well done and thanks.

I have no problem with delivery.
I have no problem with delivery it was spot on, hence the one star. what I do have a problem with is the fact that I can never get the liquid that I want, and nether can all my friends. you obviously have a problem, perhaps you could get back to me on that. although I doubt you will.
