Very good experience ordering from Kiki. Arrived when expected, and the lamp itself is beautiful. It would have been nice to have an instruction manual in the box for assembling the light, but it wasn’t too complicated.

Stay well away from Kikilightening! I ordered and paid for two lamps at the end of December 2025 because I believed the positive reviews on Trustpilot. By March 2026, I still hadn’t received anything. Then one lamp arrived over three months late: but it isn’t a high-quality lamp, just a cheap Chinese product!!! The second lamp didn’t arrive; instead, I received the wrong model. I’ve been waiting for a return label for the incorrect delivery for three weeks. Despite countless emails and sending photos of the incorrect contents, I still haven’t received a return label. They actually claim they didn’t receive my photos of the incorrect item. This is how they drag out the returns process until you’ve lost all patience. Based on this experience, I assume the positive reviews on Trustpilot have been bought. Please be careful with Kikilightening – you’ll lose a lot of money with this scam company!

The lamps are absolutely beautiful and fully met my expectations. The quality and design are amazing!

I also want to highlight their customer service, which is truly excellent and very responsive whenever there is a problem or question. They handled everything quickly and professionally.

The lighting is especially nice – bright enough when needed, but also very warm and comfortable in the evening. Installation was easy and everything worked exactly as expected. Over all and once again a great shopping experience.
All the lamps I had ordered are working and of good quality.
Two of them got stuck or lost somewhere during shipping. (I had ordered 5 lamps)
The missing two lamps were re-shipped and finally arrived. (late, but they arrived!)
Support was very helpful and responsive all the time, helping me to get the missing lamps issue sorted out and solved.
This is definitely how customer support should act! (helping, not hiding!)

The order was straightforward but there was a delay in the whole delivery but this was clearly stated at the beginning (Chinese New Year).
I made a mistake with my order and customer service was quick to help me out and change my order for me.
The 3 pendent lamps that I ordered are of good quality and I'm very happy with them.

I wanted to return the lamps, which unexpectedly proved impossible because, according to customer service, the nearest warehouse was in China. Despite this inconvenience, customer service found a satisfactory solution and refunded part of the price.
