Since 19th of August 2024 I am waiting to receive my overspend money (~345€) back from the eindafrekening.
Nothing has happened ever since and when calling it is always „the backoffice is not reacting to the ticket“.
I would like to receive my money asap. How do we solve this? Contract number: C202434226

Our systems currently cannot handle automatic payouts from other than NL IBAN accounts. This because if we put batch payouts, we also need to provide the bank with the BIC code. We are working to integrate with a third party to gather BIC from IBAN. tl;dr: We just wired the amount.
