Amazing service!
Amazing service!
I know very little about telescopes, but wanted to buy one as a gift.
Called and got amazing support and advice from not only one, but two employees, who discussed together to ensure I got the most suitable one.
They ended up recommending one that was less advanced and much cheaper than my initial choice. And it ended up being an absolutely perfect fit.
Delivery was super fast and convenient. I suspect they packed and shipped it as soon as I had hung up on the call.
As soon as we have mastered this telescope and are ready for an upgrade, I am definitely buying the next one from this company.
Great online/phone shopping experience!
