After experiencing post-menopausal hair loss, I tried so many different products, with some degree of success from each. The best by far had been Kilgour MD. Within just a couple of weeks, my shedding returned to normal and I stopped panicking when I’d see hair in the shower.
The downside that I experienced was that the serums didn’t last a full 30 days for me; it was closer to 20. Also, the droppers were relatively imprecise when applying to my scalp. Too much ended up in my hair, rather than on the scalp itself. Finally, the bottles were only 3/4 full. Between these three factors, the price-per-ounce is higher than the $127 I spent. Even though I purchased three months’ worth, they were used up in two months. I couldn’t really afford to spend more, so I discontinued using them. Sadly, my hair eventually returned to its pre-use condition and the shedding returned.
However, the serums are outstanding and actually work! Unlike some other reviewers , I genuinely like the scent of the serums. To me, they have a slightly smoky/fresh tobacco smell! The consistency is not too watery, so it doesn’t slide down into your face. I felt absolutely no ill side effects from the serums.
Actually, as I’m writing this review, I’ve convinced myself to resume using KilgourMD. Because even if I have to buy more, it’s worth it!!

The product arrived on time and was packaged well.
I did have a question about the application which was answered promptly and clearly.
I have a slight issue with the scent, but have adapted to it. Also I continue to struggle with the applicator, I think this will become easier with time and practice.
I haven't used the product long enough to speak to it’s overall effectiveness. The really great thing is that the shedding has already started to slow. Yay!

I don't think the product worked, and their business practices are scammy. They try to hide that it's a subscription and where to cancel easily. They don't answer their phone number and barely reply to their customer support.

Bordering fraudulent business practices. Product stripped color out of my hair. Called within the 90 window and since 90s days wasn't up, would not help me return the pordcut. Vague on terms of 90 day trial. Team not responsive, repeatedly received form email response to questions and or doesn't respond. Signs you up for unknown subscription. Please learn from my mistakes

I have been using the product for 3 months. I haven't had any issue with smell (which I see have caused others concern), however, I do have a few other issues. First, unless you have very little area to treat the three bottles won't last 90 days. I've received two shipments so far. I have hair loss all over, but had to limit application to specific areas daily to keep from buying the 3 months supply once a month. Second, you can't really go more than two applications without washing your hair - it gets too oily (it's not exactly oily, but it's not clean either). Lastly, I haven't seen a reduction in shedding and while I have some regrowth, it's hard to tell if the product is responsible for any of it - because I was noticing small hairs at the temples and front hairline before I started using it.

Very caring company! I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and because of chemo I knew my hair would fall out so I asked the company to allow me to back out of my subscription and the newest shipment and without hesitation they allowed me the chance to go through what I have to deal with and heal.
I did receive the “cancelled” shipment and gave it to one of the newly “graduated” patients in the hope her hair returns vigorously!!

I appreciate that when I got behind on using my products, customer service adjusted my shipping dates. Customer service is pretty wonderful, very responsive. I think the products are working for me but am waiting for the six month mark to really give them a chance. My hair is very thin and fine. I have noticed less breakage and shedding but am not sure that I have more new hair growth that I normally would at this point.

Ordering was easy and shipment was free and pretty quick. I'm excited to start using the shampoo I purchased, which just arrived today. When I first ordered, G-Pay auto filled an old shipping address into the order and I didn't realize it until after the order went through. But I emailed customer service right away and got an almost immediate response from the AI customer service agent that understood the problem I described in my email and was able to cancel the incorrect order and return my payment immediately so I could reorder with the correct address.

Due to medical reasons I was advised not to use right now. Emailed customer service and Mae was right on it. Refund was sent right away and subscription canceled. Hope to be able to use once my issue is under control.

The first shipment went to my UPS store mailbox and to the wrong address (UPS fault) so I emailed that I didnt receive it. You shipped another and shortly thereafter the person who got it gave back to UPS receptionist. I offered to send one back but you said to keep it thanks a million!!
