We are community based general medical practice, led by our partners Dr Strachan and Dr Shaw. We currently have 3 salaried GP supported by an ACP and PA. We are part of the North East Derbyshire Primary Care Network. We offer a full range of clinical services delivered by our nurses, physiotherapists, health care assistants and social prescribing link worker. We also have a great community team working closely with our housebound patients, care homes and partner agencies. We were inspected by the CQC [Oct 2026] and assessed as Good in all areas and have recently been awarded Carer Friendly Practice Quality Mark by DAACS [Derbyshire All Age Support Service]. Our Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the practice. The manager is supported by an Assistant Manager, Medical Secretary and Admin Team. We have 6 friendly receptionists dealing with the majority of incoming requests for our service. We offer a complete online service which enables our patients to contact us with their problems via our website. All online medical inquires are assessed by a GP, usually within 24-hours. We send out remote booking links to patients allowing them to book their own appointments.
