Had not heard of this business until I was searching for a specific item I was interested in buying. I have now purchased from them twice and both times I received my order the next day. Very prompt with packing and dispatching orders. Very well packaged items that arrived in perfect condition. Will use Killer Brands again.

Wow! what a fantastic company. I have been struggling to find a particular part for a pressure washer and nobody seemed to be able to help me that is until I (by sheer luck ) found Killer Brands.
Colin was most helpful and sent me all the necessary information and dimensions for all the numerous parts with the end result in me getting my pressure washer up and running.
so thank you Colin and Killer Brands for all your help it is very much appreciated.

I have a hyundai power washer and want to change the present lance to a stubby. Spoke to hyundai absolute rubbish tech info costing me money. Started to engage with Colin. He was very patient asked for photos , measurement etc very professional to try and find a M22 fitting compatible with the water outlet hose to a new stubby. He never gave up on me and at 2130hrs last night he contacted me thought he had poss found one, he was very honest that it may not but has offered a full refund if it wasn't.

Made my purchase & took delivery the following day.
Having now used my DI vessel am overjoyed with the performance of it.

A great company to deal with. I'd bought stuff off them a few times via the website but needed some information on what to use (and how to use it) for some matt PPF so rang them up. I got some great advise from Colin on what to use etc , needless to say i've purchased items since and will continue as i've had nothing but great service off them. Items have arrived fast and well packaged.

I thought i had a problem with my metro vac vaccum, For some reason it just cut out and would not start back up. I sent the vaccum to Colin who had a look at it, He tested it and gave it a clean, changed the dust bag and fitted a new filter. Gave it a good overhaul and inspection. He called me a number of times to let me know what was happening and called again to see if everything was good with my vaccum. He told me to call back anytime if i had any problems with it.
By far the best customer service from any retailer i have purchased from. Colin went above and beyond.
I certainly recommend Killer Brands.
