Simple ordering and flat rate shipping made then process very easy and streamlined. Shipping was prompt and tracking provided in a timely manner. R&L was the company used, and we received our moped very quickly from order to delivery.

Only down downside was the assembly we paid extra for, which is cool labor is labor. It was not done very well at all, and I had to spend about 20 minutes tightening loose nuts, bolts, fixing rear brake adjusters, and other small things like that.

Overall I'm satisfied, only because I was able to make the adjustments needed. Someone who didn't know to check those things would be out 1200 bucks in about 2 months.

Update: They finally sent the MCO with tracking and I did receive it. After the waiting period for their “warranty” the bike is not able to be driven regardless due to excessive white smoke coming from exhaust. Oils were emptied and replaced, completed assembly after having to hire mechanic and still major issues with this pitiful machine Killermotorsports.com sold to me. I was told by their employee that the 2025 Vitacci Eagle 200cc does not take gear oil. After stating to him that I have owned very similar bikes, have been riding for many years previously and there is in fact a sticker as well as a gear oil reservoir he proceeded to get defensive. His outcome was to ask my email and end the phone call. Now having to load up the bike and bring it 1 and a half hours away to someone that specializes in these. Please find a reputable company instead of using this place. Save your time and money. This is my second time giving them a chance and they failed miserably. First time was a nightmare and this time even worse. Had to be refunded and reorder. Then they had the wrong color coming to me and now they refuse to get the MCO sent other than standard mail that has been lost for one month. After calling and emailing back and forth, I am getting nowhere. The bikes both times came scratched, wrong screws/parts and holes do not even line up to complete assembly. A terrible one star review is an understatement. Not sure how they are still legally able to sell these scooters or motorcycles.

I remember I bought my first taotao gas moped free assembly Arlington power sports when I Paid the same price and when it came to my porch it was already fixed 100% all I had to do is screw my head screw mirrors and fill gas that's it and that was an perfect moped but I got a hater people on that and people ran over me December 8th 2025 almost die in the hospital so now I bought yall from the same extra money for killer motorsports and when I paid they told imma do half job and difficult I know now I will never pay them anything no more that's bad business!

I have bought 4 scooters from Jim at killer motorsports. Every tike I've ever bought ine it got to my home quickly and without damage. I use these scooters for doordash and I go far away sometimes and these scooters have never let me down, granted they require a bit of research on how to change belts and variator weight but with some knowledge and some know how I would put ine of these Chinese scooters up against any Honda in its class, as far as reliability goes. I carry spare parts like extra cdi's, coil and vacuume fuel pumps or vacuum check valves to control fuel flo. 5 thumbs up. Great bikes.

I bought 2 110cc TaoTao ATVs, one runs ok, turns itself off occasionally, the other does not run, it cranks and dies immediately, I've checked everything and can not figure it out, I've had people look at it and can not figure it out, 2nd atv was a waste of money.

I love this company there fast with quality atv that last I have bought 4 over the years and they all still ride great me and the family have a great time riding them. They are affordable and they even have a lease program. Thank you killer motor for bringing some fun into our lives.

We had a disappointing experience with this company. During the order process, they specifically asked what color bike Richard wanted and provided a checkbox to request a phone call if that color wasn’t available. He selected red and checked the box so they would contact him if there was any issue.

No one ever called. The bike arrived in a different color without any notice or confirmation.

When we tried to address it, the company said we would have to pay high re-shipping fees because the bike was removed from the pallet and the ties were cut. But there was no way to verify the color without opening it, and the whole reason for the checkbox was to avoid this exact situation.

This feels like poor communication and unfair policy enforcement. A simple phone call as promised would have prevented the entire issue.

We would have appreciated basic follow-through and customer service.
