Purchased a dress for my daughter for her 18th birthday. It was discounted so a good price, when it arrived it was too small so sadly had to return. We chose an exchange for an alternative size and paid (expensively) to return. Killstar refunded our purchase so I emailed to say I’d asked for an exchange not a refund, they responded to say none of that size was available hence the refund. That size was available full price online, needless to say despite me pointing that out I then got no response. My advice don’t bother!

This is my most favourite shop for Gothic/alternative clothing. Everything is so different from any other shop and I always get compliments whenever I am out and about. People always ask where I get my clothes/bags from. Everything is always packaged beautifully.

Really pleased with the quality. Arrived on time and well packaged. The long, knitted cardigan is really versatile. It looks great over jeans or an evening dress, really enhancing the look.

1 star cause i love the idea of this skirt but it was delivered to the address of my old home in which no one stays there anymore so cant actually get it, so thats my money down the drain. But im sure it would have been a fab piece
