I have shopped at Killstar numerous times. I love the products. Customer service always answers any queries that I may have. My favourite online shop for clothing and accessories.

My order was dispatched quickly, communication was great (no guessing if its been posted or not) & beautiful clothing as always

This company is a textbook example of a "return policy trap." Technically, they offer refunds, but the shipping costs make it financially impossible to actually get your money back.
​Their policy is intentionally long and confusing, they don't mention that the customer pays for it.

Clothes delivered quickly, well made, well packaged and fitted as per measurements on the size chart. Can’t fault anything.

I love all the ones I bought from you, my personal one tho is Reagan .

The product wasn’t as described/pictured on the site and looked terrible. Had to return at my own expense.

Also, no option given to review the jacket on the site - perhaps because I returned it? Seems a bit misleading if that’s the case.

The designs are gorgeous. But the materials are so cheap, it's all plastic on plastic. Everything lasts about 3 washes before falling apart.

The quality of the top I received was shocking and looked nothing like the pics

When I buy killstar dresses in a small they are the most perfect fit ever! I love them. Thank you.

My order never arrived, the post said the package was rejected but it never even arrived. Customer service did nothing to help and refunded my money but withheld the shipping fee. I missed out on the winter sale due to their delay, lost my birthday points, never got my package, and still paid a few quid for the overall inconvenience and let down. I had even paid for shipping protection which, like all insurance, is a scam. I won't bother with Killstar again.

I ordered once before years ago and the quality of fabric and sizing of garments was inconsistent across the board. Some things fit perfectly and others didn't. I was trying to give Killstar a 2nd chance, but the joke is on me.

Edited to reply to the message below: I never received my order. It did not arrive. *I DID NOT refuse it* and I told customer service the same thing. I didn't receive so much as a slip from the post office about a missed delivery or anything. I thought the *extra fee I paid for post protection* would prevent postage issues, but it did not. It was a scam from Killstar to make shipping more expensive.

It was my bad luck that Killstar imposes a very tight deadline to reply to them before they write you off. The email happened to clash with my step mother's funeral, so I replied in the final hours of the deadline which was already too late, apparently. The 48 hour deadline was cut even shorter, I guess.
