Love the glass
The glass I ordered from Kill the Cat was just what I wanted ,it was packed very well so no damage to it which was great.
The five stars are for the product and not DHL.
However the courier service from DHL was abysmal. I received 4 identical emails telling me it was arriving on 9th Dec, they were sent on 9th, 11th 15th and 16th of Dec?? The parcel actually arrived on 17th Dec.
I am very aware that it is Christmas and postal services are very busy but when the company i.e. Kill the Cat have paid for a next day delivery and the parcel arrives 9 days later it needs to pointed out so they can decide if they want to continue using their service.

Cat That Got The Cream
The Kitties did good. I received a phone call telling me that they cocked up, and was offered a replacement beer for one I’d ordered. A couple of suggestions were offered, but I told them to ‘surprise me. They did, with something more expensive than I ordered. Good Customer Service guys. Will definitely use again.

Great service and selection
I've ordered a few times now for home delivery, usually aiming for 20 to 24 beers per order and I've never had an issue with damaged or missing items. Deliveries usually arrive a couple of days after ordering depending on the day of the week you place your order.
A couple of items weren't in stock on the latest batch but they helpfully contacted me and suggested suitable alternatives.
Until I can visit the shop again in person the next best thing is getting the same great beers and service remotely.

I’ve ordered from Kill the cat on a few occasions and have always received a speedy delivery.
If you don’t have time to visit the shop in person, this is a great alternative.
