Run! Run! Run! Scammer Alert. I subscribed never received confirmation absolutely no information. Then they took out another payment, refused to refund me and want to refund me 50%. Please let me save you the trouble keep scrolling. They are unprofessional.

The app titled My Diabetes is not user friendly at all. I had to purchase the app before I could try it out. I purchased it on October 17, 2024 and 10 days later I was so frustrated with trying to get it to work for me I just gave up on it. Of course there is no refund. The app is useless to me. So buyer Beware…!
There are many other apps out there that are much more helpful than th My Diabetes and many of them are free.

Avoid . I foolishly signed up to a seven day offer for £7 without being notified that this would rise to £33 Once the seven days had passed. At No point was I given the option to cancel. I am currently currently speaking to my bank and also PayPal to attempt to obtain a refund.

I signed up - but when I tried to open it, I was advised my email account was deleted. It reality, my email account is just fine. But I can't access the product and I can't find any way to contact these people - no phone number and the other methods don't work! I did sign up for 3 months at a lower rate, but they will be doing auto pay after that if I can't cancel them, which is what I want to do at this point.

Looked at their portfolio, they have plenty of good products for wellbeing. I am using Bioma, love it.

Scammers. I found out today that I’ve sent them 7 monthly payments of $28usd before I noticed. No idea who they are or what they do. Website is vague like their responses on here.

Kilo health took monthly fees for a subscription I never filled out! This is a total scam company so be aware! Your going to get scammed!

I did not authorize an autopsy with this company and got a notification of charge of 30.99. I contacted PayPal but they said it was consistent with my purchase history. So I'm out 30 bucks for an autopay I didnt agree too. You are better off finding a free app or anything else.

I have never heard about this company before today when they tried to charge me for something that I haven’t bought or received - through my PayPal account.

I really can't comment as to if their products are good or not, because I never received my first Burnbox (UPS lost it).

I had no idea that after paying $119 for four quarterly boxes (which was advertised as an "year subscription"), that they added on a monthly subscription charge of $32.99 on autopay. When you pay a "yearly subscription" upfront, you don't expect to then be charged an additional monthly subscription. This is very deceptive.

I was very upset to see this surprise charge from PayPal, as I was completely unaware they signed me up to anything. I thought I was just paying for the boxes and whatever else was included. Paying for the year upfront and considering the high price of $119, it is reasonable to assume this includes everything.

Their customer services was snarky and not very helpful, insisting that I signed up for the app on a free trial, and agreed to pay monthly in addition to the boxes. I can assure you, I did not knowingly agree to a monthly charge of $32.99, as I already felt $119 for 4 boxes of basically fiber and electrolytes was a bit pricey, I was under the impression the app was included in such a high price. So while they advertise a year subscription for $119, the amount you think you are paying for everything, a year subscription really costs you $514.88, as they will continue to charge you $32.99 monthly for the app. They do not advertise this figure, their advertising is sneaky and dishonest.

It took me raising a case with both my bank and PayPal to get this charge reversed, as when dealing with their customer service they tried to get me to agree to only being reimbursed for half of the surprise charge.

In my experience, this business is not transparent. Seeing other people have the same issue with them, both here and on other forums, shows me it wasn't just me.

Buyer beware, there are sneaky charges that will be added on to your purchase.

You can buy fiber and electrolytes on Amazon and save yourself a ton of money. You can also download free apps that basically do the same as theirs.

I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Their vision and goal to help people with their product are so genuine. People will achieve their health goals if they would like to. I have the same problem as all the customers who buy this product. We want to be at our healthiest version. The product will help you out if you are willing to do the work. Some people lack an open mind and willingness to do the work that is why they don't achieve their goals. The resources are only a guide. This company is helping out and improving their product. I am happy to be a part of this company and looking forward to greater things!

I have never been much of a runner. I was always the person that would be in good shape but not able to run regularly. But thanks to Kilo Health, my workout routine has changed drastically! After hearing many endorsements from friends about how it changed their results for the better, I decided to give it a shot and after only one month on Kilo Health’s running workouts (along with their diet plan), I found myself running around like an animal. My stamina had increased drastically and before long I wanted more than just running- no matter what distance or intensity level.

The results of the diet plan provided by one of Kilo Health's apps are astonishing! A personalized plan allowed me to enjoy my favorite food while losing a few unwanted pounds is exactly what I wanted.

Very exciting startup and definitely worth keeping an eye on. Last year I tried a few of their apps as friends have recommended and have been using them since. Looking forward to see what they build next!

Kilo Health offers great environment for those who are keen to learn a lot and become professionals in their field,build amazing products. I would love to see more options for junior candidates but overall I thinks it’s great what they are doing
