I completed the brow lamination and lash extensions course and the instructions and videos couldn’t be any more clearer and easy to understand!! Definitely recommend for any beginners wanting to learn!!

I recently completed the Lash Lift and Brow Lamination course, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The training was clear, detailed, and very hands-on, which gave me the confidence to start offering these services right away. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire course. I loved the atmosphere—it was both professional and encouraging. I walked away feeling inspired, skilled, and excited to put what I’ve learned into practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking to level up their beauty career!

I recently completed a lash training course with Kimberley Grace. While I did pass and the tutor herself was absolutely lovely, I feel it’s only fair to share my honest experience for the benefit of others.

Firstly, my kit took a month to arrive, and when it did, it was missing the premade fans that are clearly shown in the advertising photos. When I asked about this, I was told that they wasn’t included, then I don’t understand why they were on the advertisement photo. That was quite disappointing. Additionally, I found that the glue included in the kit didn’t seem suitable for use on real models. The glue packaging specifically states it is not to be used on live models, which caused confusion. I was later told the glue is safe for use, but the packaging says otherwise, which is understandably frustrating.

The training videos could have been much more detailed, particularly regarding how to place the lash extensions correctly on a natural lash. Most of the footage is shot from the side, so I ended up learning more from TikTok tutorials than the official course materials. And I know others struggled with this too.

Despite these issues, I still gave the course a 4-star rating because the tutor was kind and I did manage to complete the course. However, after posting this honest review, I was contacted and asked to delete it because it was said to be deterring others from signing up. I was told “people were sending her it” which to me, seems unprofessional to say to a paying client. I found this very unfair and upsetting, my review was not malicious or overly negative, it still had positive words, and I even stated that I did not regret using this service, just a realistic reflection of my experience.

Kimberley did mention that the training videos would be updated, which I think is a great step forward. That said, the same concerns about lack of detail had been mentioned by others before I enrolled, and unfortunately the improvements weren’t made before my training, so they won’t benefit me personally. When I expressed this, I was ignored, so it feels like the message was only in relation to ask me to remove my review, not to actually resolve my concerns.

To summarise: I passed the course, but had to wait a month for my kit, didn’t receive all the advertised items, found the product guidance unclear, and the videos lacking in necessary detail. My review was always intended to be honest and helpful, not harmful, but the way my feedback was handled left me feeling disappointed and regretting my choice to train with Kimberley Grace. I feel like I was simply contacted to be asked to remove my very honest, and real opinion, not to actually resolve the issues I had.

My intentions were never to “put people off”, it was my genuine experience. And I feel as though I have a right to share that, I was ignored when I stated this. £200 is a lot of money to give to somebody, so it makes me sad that i feel like I can’t speak freely about my experience.

If my review helps even one person find the right training for their career, then so be it. I don’t believe it’s my honesty that’s putting people off, maybe it’s the experience itself.

I’ve completed, Russian and classic combined course, combined brow course and the acrylic nail course. If I had a problem or needed advice they were very quick to respond to any email I sent. I recently signed up to the Kimberly grace online course. I found the information they give covers everything ! You have a pdf booklet you can download and also able to watch demonstration videos as much as you like. You can download the course in your own free time which I also found very good as didn’t feel restricted.

Hot wax Course was good, loads of information given- I would say they could offer a hot wax kit for the course.

I highly recommend Kimberley Grace for your courses, I done the Online classic and russian lash course. Tutors are lovely and very helpful and understanding. They give you plenty of time to revise/practice your course!

Very straight forward to order, gives you plenty of time to be able to revise and complete your course and work in your own time at your own pace. Full of very useful information, did not take me long at all to be qualified and I cannot wait to start my nail tech journey and expand in the future.
