Broken package
Hello, the coffee is good, but I got a broken package and we were missing some capsules. They told me they were going to send me the missing capsules, but it's been over 20 days and nothing yet.

Went through many brands due to a changing my coffee machine, but was pleased to see they had the right pods.
Cannot drink any other coffee brand aside from Kimbo, the flavour is just not the same.

Your order was sent out via Royal mail and we were unable to find out what happened to it, hence the delay with receiving it. We have sent a replacement and they have informed us that your address was incorrect.
