I deporsited 200 euros for 200% freespins, over 400 spins only won 20 played a bit but was only loosing so i withdrawed my 220 euros, since 25 November No money arrived, I wrote to their support but still no help

What a bad support on this website its horrible. I wrote in my name and my adress of home wrong and i won from 20euro to 450 euro trying to take out my money, i wrote to support to help me change to my real name and id so i could take out the money and even sent them my id card for verification, was impossible to get answer from the chat i waited about 8 hours for their reply but nothing. andwhen i wrote about block myself then i got reply within 30 minutes! so i went ruolette and put all the money in 1 color and lost it all. thank god it was only a 20 euro i put in their website. remember this support is bad as hell!

Made a withdrawal of 550 euro, which is gonna be around 6000-6200 swedish kronor. Turned out to give 5500 swedish kronor, which doesnt state before withdrawal or anywhere else. It is not written how many % of the amount it is. So this means they have hidden fees.

Not recommending this site at all because of this.

Update: They took a 65 euro fee. What a bunch of losers. 😂

I have waited for a withdrawal of 126 euro for 7 days now . I will update the result . They say its completed and its up to my bank . My bank says that they need to send proof of payment. I will update the result and experience.
Edit: after 3 weeks they gave me my money. They wanted a pdf transaction from my bank account for the past month . I have spent daays talking to their support. It is wildly risk too play this site . And I will never ever risk my money playing kimcasino again.

Huge fees and dont even payout winnings lisence in comoros. Stay away.
