Kin Insurance and their employees were very helpful in helping me with buying Auto Insurance and Homeowners Insurance. All questions I had were answered. Leaving me with no doubt. Kin Insurance Company and their employees have always been there for me when I've had questions. You won't regret having Kin Insurance helping you.

Kin Insurance has been great! They offered the most affordable policies in my area and have great customer service. I was so happy with my home policy that I switched my car over and they gave me a bundle discount months later after that program became active. I highly recommend everyone check them out.

Low and friendly rates. Easy to deal with. Fast quotes with good follow-up. Haven't had to file any claim yet so I can't really speak to that except to say that if they are as fast and effecient with claims as they are with quotes, fantastic. After bundeling our auto and home ins, they even gave me about a 8% rebate on my homeowners.

Our home has been covered with KIN for the past 3 years. While we have not had a claim, we have had a couple of questions and concerns pop up and KIN has been very helpful and quickly given the information we needed as well as informing us on their process would be related to our issue. The CSRs that have taken my calls have all treated me the same, listens to my concerns, answered my questions, and very friendly. They have given me information on how to I can lower my insurance costs where my past homeowners insurance would tell me there's nothing that can be done or want to take the time to find an answer. I hope I never have to file a claim but if I do, I truly believe there will not be an issue. My premium is well below my states average with more coverage and any options are very reasonable. Great to see a company whose other employees are as accommodating as the agent that wanted our business.

From day one of the quote, staff has been friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Very fast patient and helpful all the way through. I'm saving a ton switching to Kin! So far so good!

If you don't have Kin. For your insurance you need to get on the phone ASAP. I saved so much money switching to this company and I couldn't be happier. Not to mention the customer service was great. They were so easy to talk to and get things set up. Kin insurance one of the best decisions I've made in a while

The customer service agent, Chris was personable, informed and knowledgeable about the subtle nuances of home insurance and coverage. The price was great as well.

Tom called while I was navigating the auto.ated system. He walked through the steps and helped me remove coverages I didn't need. He responded to 3 different emails within minutes unlike most reps. Very quick since I was on vacation.

When I first signed with Kin it was the best policy for me at the time. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are more reasonable than most other companies that I checked with. I have not had a claim yet, but everyone I have talked to are very nice and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

Getting a quote was so easy, and I appreciate the clarity provided by Amanda Jewell. I got a much better rate than with Frontline, no longer am working through an agency that gave me “the best” options there were for their own commissions. I learned the hard way.
