DO NOT BUY ITS A SCAM
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Do not buy from this company despite the good reviews. We ordered a Balance bike but we got a notification that the package has been delivered to a house in Poland?!?!
The package in the photo also is not big enough to be a bike so we are really confused. £75 down the drain and not heard a work back from them after emailing both Kinder Kraft and 4kraft.
DO NOT BUY they won’t help you if something goes wrong

Each country’s Kinderkraft website ships only within its own territory. If the order was accidentally placed through a different national store, the parcel would be delivered strictly within that country. This could explain the notification you received.

Kinderkraft has shown very poor…
Kinderkraft has shown very poor customer service. I bought an item that is not compatible with my pram and they refused to accept a return. This policy is unreasonable and shows a lack of respect for customers. I would strongly advise anyone to think carefully before buying from Kinderkraft, as their after-sales service is not supportive.

S/N: 5902533925766 on January 24/2025 through Worten. I haven’t used much this stroller since my baby is just 4 and half months old . I am using just to take his hospital back and forth. But the front wheel spring is broken and the one wheel fall apart. When I asked through Worten they didn’t take liability. I don’t know to whom should I contact so I am writing this review for main manufacturer. When it was functioning also the front wheel lock sometimes get locked automatically and it was hard to move the front wheel. Please tell me what should I do it’s just been used for four and a half months because my baby was born in February. Give me a solution since I put my money on this.

It’s impossible to return the item
It’s impossible to return the item. We ordered a scooter for our kid and she didn’t like it. When I wrote to support they said that they sent GLS courier to us, but no one came. When I asked for return label they answered they can’t do it they can just send a courier. Well they allegedly tried it 3 times but no one came. Be careful if you are not sure if you will have to send your purchase back if something is wrong because it’s impossible.

I bought a car seat on 28th February
I bought a car seat on 28th February, but my child finds it uncomfortable. I submitted two return requests on 21st and 25th March, but haven’t received any reply. I’ve also tried calling multiple times with no success. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I expect a prompt response and resolution — I’m prepared to escalate further if needed.

I am absolutely stunned with the quality of the carseat, it's amazing and deserves more recognition, it's very flat so the baby lays down so comfortable like he's laying in a crib, definitely worth it and would recommend it to everyone
