Have dealt with Kindlelight for over 30 years and always dealt with the same person.

Never a problem, always delivered on time.

The whole experience from the initial visit of understanding what we wanted done to the surveyor and then the guys who completed the work were all very knowledgable and competent, nothing is too much trouble and I would recommend kindlelight as a very trustworthy, high quality company.

I cannot fault the actual installation I have had done, windows, doors and a porch.

From the initial quote to the final installation, everything went very smoothly. Reasonable price and very pleased with the final result. Would recommend.

The job was for my mother and she found the staff clean and courteous and the work has all been carried out to a good standard.

I love my new bi-fold patio door, because it can be opened full-width, not just half-way like my old sliding door. It seems good quality, but only time will tell! The locking mechanism was stiff initially (as I was warned it would be), but has eased with use. I am not worried, in any case, because of the ten-year guarantee. Thank you Kindlelight :-)

Great company to work with, quality workmanship and they take responsibility for their work. A quality that is often lacking nowadays. Also love the after sales service they offer.

Excellent and efficient service in relation to replacement windows and also full roofline products for all of my house. Less good when I followed up with a request for a quote for patio doors - turned out to be the most expensive quote I obtained - and I felt Kindleligh a little petulant when I declined.

In February 19 we purchased 6 windows and 2 doors from Kindlelight windows. From February 'til July the fitters have been called out 3 times. One of the doors had to be refitted.
I contacted one of the directors by letter but have never received a reply.

Salesman and workmen very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. At all times workmen cleaned up as they went along and we are delighted with the work carried out.

We have been using Kindlelight for many years as they deliver on price, quality and service. In 1986 they did our first replacement windows and doors, when we moved house we had them to replace our windows and doors and a conservatory and again excellent service. I cannot recommend them enough, nice company, nice staff with excellent products.

The quality of the product was good and the service when completed was very good. The date was changed for the guttering 3 times. One of the windows had the wrong glass, but quickly changed.
