Excellent product; unreliable shipping

I’ve ordered gummy vitamins from this company numerous times and previously, orders were always dispatched within a couple of days and arrived in less than a week. My most recent order hasn’t shipped in a month. When I contacted the company, it took several days to even receive a response. I looked up the company and they market themselves as based in Brooklyn NY but use a Sheridan County, Wyoming address apparently used by multiple registered agents. I don’t know where the company is actually based but I am still waiting to receive my order and worry the company isn’t accountable to customers at all.
