We’re really sorry to hear that your first pack worked well, but that the adhesive change with the second pack made the patches difficult to remove and left a red mark on your skin. We also understand how upsetting it must have been that the second pack caused enough irritation that you had to give the remaining patches to a friend. We take concerns about skin irritation seriously and would like to help address what happened.
