Five stars is not enough!!! Jo and the team have been absolutely brilliant in helping us purchase our first home. Nothing is too much trouble, they are very professional but friendly at the same time and have kept us updated every step of the way. They have been a real pleasure to deal with and cannot thank them enough!

I didn’t find driving easy but she took her time and went at my pace and was very helpful.
She also helped me sooo much with my theory went out her way to support me and I finally passed without Holly there I wouldn’t have done it!

Jo & the team have been fantastic to deal with, they have kept us updated constantly via email or phone, Kinetic have wide network of others services ie energy certifications etc this helped sale go through smoothly, I would highly recommend kinetic to sell my home agin if needed

Kinetic Estate Agent handled the sale of my mum's house and also the sale of a house for me. This was from mid-2023 to the end of 2023. It was a difficult market but they did an excellent job for us. Professional, efficient and, probably most importantly, communicated well throughout. Even at the more stressful moments, that you always get, when selling a house, they remained professional and understanding. Having all of Mum's to deal with it felt doubly stressful for me, but the team at Kinetic made it feel less so. I recommended Kinetic to friends during my sale and wouldn't hesitate to continue to recommend them. Thank you to all the staff. Mum went on to purchase the bungalow she had set her heart on. It was an excellent end to 2024. Huge thanks.

The whole team from start to finish were superb. I was kept up to date with absolutely everything that was going on during the whole process. If I had any queries then all I had to do was ring and ask. I’d receive all the information I needed and could not be anymore appreciative of these guys! After being with another agent for 3 months!! These guys managed to get me what I wanted for my house within 2 weeks. Then from offer to completion was around 7-8 weeks. I can’t thank these guys enough. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would use again without a doubt.

Sold a bungalow with Kinetics - all the team were really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. There's a lot of estate agents out there to consider, and was so pleased we had them recommended to us.
It took some time to get a buyer lined up in very difficult selling times, but they got there in the end.
Was kept up to date at all times through the whole process.
The approach they have with customers (and presumably buyers) is definitely the best we could have wishes for, and not at all like the image of 'estate agents'.

We sold our bungalow with Kinetic and we could not fault them. Ours was a chain of 4 (including us), and it became protracted due to someone in the chain having a help to buy scheme. Undeterred, Jo and fhe whole team kept us up to speed, and our buyers throughout this period. Jo especially deserves a special mention, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a successful outcome, with regular updates via email, text and telephone, she liaised with our solicitors probably twice a week at times and we can absolutely recommend Kinetic to sell your house. Don't look anywhere else until you've tried these guys.
