I went to KINETIC with pain in my knee which was not only stopping me from training but hindering my day to day living. Following a treatment I went home with some home exercises. Three days later and I’m almost pain free again. Can’t recommended the team highly enough.

Vishal was able to very quickly diagnose the injury and develop a treatment plan. He also demonstrated a very flexible manner and is happy to discuss the injury with my personal trainer which was great. Would highly recommend him.

Saw Sunni, upon recommendation, regarding impingement of a nerve. After a thorough consultation he was able to take away most of the severe pain in that one session. 2 sessions later it’s gone.!!! So very grateful.
The online appt system is easy to use and helpful to see avail slots for the most convenient time.

Spent the time to understand my injuries and then investigate them and then fully explain what was going on and reassurance it can be treated

I was very nervous at first as it was my first time having a sports massage. I was put at ease very quickly though and had a fantastic experience. I was talked through everything that was happening and what it was doing for me too

With the pain level acceptable and the instructions very understandable I highly recommend this physical workout

I was having ssues with my back which was causing me a lot of discomfort and an impact in my daily activities. After only two sessions with Vishal there has been a marked improvement in my back. My posture is already so much better and hardly any discomfort. He also recommended an aftercare plan of which comprises specific stretching exercises which have also helped a great deal.

Just wanted to touch base with you all as I'm a strong believer in not waiting for others to do things for you if you want something done, you got to go get things done yourself. So I got in touch with KINETIC SPORTS PERFORMANCE and I cant thank Sunil Ram for getting my wife Lisa Damiano-Browne booked in so fast even though they are very booked up. Vasha worked Absolute wonders for Lisa's pain and has gone above and beyond to carry on to research for more supporting help for her on our next visit. I so so cant thank you guys enough 🙏🙏🙏

Really pleased with the physiotherapy I have from Sunny of Kinetics. I feel very assured that my treatment provides the best benefits to my knee replacement surgery but also gives me a target to strive too achieve. The location of the centre is convenient with free local parking. All in all Kinetics are fantastic.

Sunil was very helpful. I received fantastic treatment and he took the time out to explain the mechanics of my injury.

He gave me some rehab exercises to do at home and 2 days later my injury already feels significantly better.

I have been a couple of times to see Vishal. He has always put me at ease and explained injuries to me and worked to solve my injuries.

I definitely recommend Vishal and Kinetic as a whole.
