Love Kinfill bottles but customer service is appalling
Love Kinfill bottles and their sustainability credentials however when the spray part of our bottle broke we reached out to the kinfill team via email to ask how to replace the spray but 10 days later, and after multiple chase emails not a single response as from the team. The emails were acknowledged saying usual turnaround was 72 hours.
So frustrating that such a great brand with great sustainability statements is unable to respond to emails and as such we now have a bottle that is unusable !
Poor Communication /Misleading Information
More than one week has passed and I have yet to receive more than an automated email - unacceptable. See original review below;
I have purchased the Graan Markt 13 refills for years now. Yet upon checkout, yesterday, they state ‘not able to deliver to UK.’
I have asked for clarification as they told me I could order these refills. No response….

a bit annoying when you 5 bottles of different products but there isnt a label on each bottle of what it is. I now have to guess which bottle is which, how fun.
Company who ignores their customers
I liked the company and their products from the beginning but once they launched a new products with tomato I have decided to try as well. I have ordered a multi surface cleaner and instead got a kitchen cleaner. I have contacted customer service and was ignored till now. I was promised to send the replacement but I’ve got nothing and they keep ignoring me over emails and instagram. Definitely don’t recommend
Ordered a glass and mirror cleaner
Ordered a bathroom cleaning set. The smells were nice, but the bottle spray head broke after about 2 months of using? It just gets stuck and doesn't spring back.
Spam, Spam, Spam - prolific spammers
these scum bags keep spamming me, they've been doing it for years. I have no idea who they are & I certainly never would have signed up to any of that garbage they have to offer. I've emailed them asking them to stop and if they do reply to this post & suggest I unsubscribe, well, I never sunscribed in the first place so how can I unsubscribe?
Looks safe for family homes - ingredients say otherwise
I didn’t purchase this product — and that’s exactly why I’m reviewing it.
The branding gives the impression of a clean, natural and family-friendly product, but when I looked at the ingredient list, it didn’t match the marketing at all.
• “Fragrance/Parfum” is listed.
This single word can legally hide dozens of chemicals behind a patented term. Consumers have no way to know what’s actually in that blend — irritants, synthetic compounds, hormone-active substances — it’s all covered by one label. For a brand positioning itself as clean, that feels like a major red flag.
• Contains an isothiazolinone preservative.
These are known sensitizers. The risk isn’t always immediate — reactions can build up slowly with repeated exposure. Someone might use it for months, feel fine, then suddenly develop dermatitis once their system becomes sensitized. And that sensitivity is often long-term.
This is important for people choosing products specifically to keep their home safe for kids, pets or sensitive skin. The eco-aesthetic looks reassuring, but the formula tells a different story.
I wanted this product to be what it claims to be — but ingredient honesty matters more than sustainable packaging or design.
Kinfill = Green image, not green formulation. That's greenwashing - and people should be aware before buying.

I have placed an order 1,5 weeks ago and did not get any information about delivery date. Reached out via email, did not hear anything back within 48 hours. Number that was in the email is not reachable. Hope to get an update asap.
Seems like it's what I needed :)
I have tried multiple Kinfill products and I have a love/hate relationship with this brand. I like the kitchen countertop cleaner, the flowershop room spray and some other stuff, but the tile / tub cleaner is a huge flop - it's not really working.
I still need to use the pink stuff to be able to clean my bathroom. Kinfill just not good enough, even for a fairly new (1 year old), well-kept bathroom. Glad I didn't get a subscription for this one.
Apart from that I'm satisfied with other products, the bottles are very pleasant to look at, even though I think they shouldn't have changed the logo and bottles design. I feel like they wanted to cut expenses because they removed the rubber thing from the bottom of the bottles which was very useful actually. Some changes have been made that I don't fully understand because I think they're for the worse.
Support was helpful anytime I needed them. It would be nice if shipping across Europe was more affordable.
Edit: People who complain about the forced subscription should have read the terms before they signed up for it. If you are not sure about the product, just order a one-time purchase.
I’m really impressed with Kinfill
I’m really impressed with Kinfill – not only because of their amazing eco-friendly cleaning products, but also because of their outstanding customer service!
Two of my bottles unfortunately arrived damaged, so I reached out to their support team. Julia from customer service responded right away – she was super friendly, professional, and handled everything quickly. A replacement was sent immediately, and the whole experience was smooth and genuinely kind. 😊
It’s great to see a company that truly cares about both its customers and the environment.
Big thanks to the Kinfill team (and especially Julia!) – I’ll definitely keep ordering from you.

Unpleasant scent and thin consistency
Tried the Santal & Cedar Hand Wash... The scent is so strong that I had a headache for hours afterwards. Really unpleasant. The consistency is also very thin and it doesn't go very far. Clearly an attempt at high-end branding but poor quality.

Forced into multiple subscriptions, dislike the product
Biggest issue is they force you into a 3 month contract, so at least 2 subscriptions, even if you decide you don't like the product you are forced to buy. Absolutely awful behavior as they don't warn you about this, and in their site it says you can cancel anytime - UNTRUE.
I wanted to really like the hand soap, smell is great, but it's incredibly drying and I told them this via product feedback they requested. Unfortunately looks like I'll have to get through a new pack of it as well. Avoid this company unless you want to commit to 3 months and multiple purchase, regardless of whether you actually want them.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Have emailed 3 times to cancel my subscription as my subscription page on the online portal is not working but have not received any response, just lots of marketing emails. Another delivery is still pending despite me emailing a fortnight ago.
Avoid ordering!
Ordered a month ago, really poor communication to only receive part of the order. Still missing items. They won't respond to any emails or refund what was not sent. Shame as they have a nice product. Will need to now contact my bank to try and get money back.

Yet to try their products although they…
Yet to try their products although they look beautiful and good value for eco-conscious products but wanted to say I’m not too happy about being roped into a subscription that has a minimum contract of at least 3 repeats. I am happy keeping subscriptions, but found it sneaky they don’t say anything about this contract notice and also even worse on their website it says ‘cancel any time!’. I just don’t like dishonest companies with poor integrity… (they also don't address it in their reply- why can't customers have the option to cancel without having to contact a customer support that is unresponsive??)
Edited: A bit disappointing they seem to only help customers here that leave bad reviews- my Trustpilot account email is not the same email as the one I've placed my orders. I don't think that should mean that they shouldn't help me with my original email just because that ones not associated with kicking up a big fuss? So I'm a bit confused why they don't help out all customers that send them queries and ask for help; just because the email I ordered with hasn't been used to write a bad review here it seems like they won't reply to all other emails they receive unless you leave them a 1-star here!!

Worth the wait
Although there was a delay due to a busy period, Julia had been not only extremely responsive but also extremely helpful in answering all my questions and keeping me updated. Looking forward to getting our refills when it comes time.
Amazing products
Amazing products!
One of the bottles came slightly damaged and I immediately was sent a new one!
8 days after order I still have no news
I feel horrible to leave this review as they seem such a nice company but my experience it’s very bad. On their website they state orders are shipped the next working day, but it’s now 8 days I placed my order and I still haven’t heard from them. I wrote them few 4 days ago and received no reply. Because of the delay in the shipping and my incoming holidays I am left in such an uncomfortable situation I have to leave this review here to see if they will reply, I hate doing this!
No clear updated delivery status
Latest update: I edited my rating as I finally received a reply from Julia, as she had been sick over the past week, and I have now received a refund. I like Kinfill products, so I will make another purchase and hopefully won’t have any more issues with UPS.
------------------------------------------------------------
It’s been nearly two weeks, and I still haven’t received any clarification from Kinfill customer service about when my new parcel will be delivered🙁 I was told that it is being handled by Julia on 1st July, but no further updates until now.
Just for context, the delivery driver failed to deliver the parcel, took it away, and marked it as delivered. There’s also no photo proof from UPS! Fortunately, everything was captured on my Ring video. I’ve followed up a couple of times since Julia's reply, but still waiting a response. I'm at the point, maybe it's best to issue a refund.
