King Of-crates Reviews 

Fantastic looking products at a great price - massive shame that they don't actually deliver anything. In common with other posters on this site I have been given multiple promises that they will send my items next week, but nothing ever arrives. Claiming my refund through PayPal as we speak.

I would like to give 1 star.
I wish I had seen the reviews beforehand.
I made purchase via PayPal, delivery was meant to be 7-10 days.
12 days later the order still said "in warehouse", so i contacted the company and they said there was an "unforeseen circumstance" and the "order will be shipped by 9 March and be received within 1-3 working days".
Well the 9th of March rolls around and nothing. I have emailed twice since then and no reply.
Opened a case with PayPal, but not sure if I'll get my money back.

Completely agree with the other poor reviews. If I could give this zero stars I would. I placed my order on 8 Jan 2024, for 12 items - they NEVER arrived. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I have just been refunded. Not sure if this is a legitimate company or not. It’s a shame as their products would have been perfect - but please AVOID using this company at all costs. It will result in frustration and anger.

Of their service levels before placing order , when I chased order said be sent by 29th February I believe they were playing for time until my money hit their bank, now payment taken cannot get reply:

placed an order a month ago, no goods have arrived, no communication of goods where and when goods will arrive when asked, case filed with paypal.

Massive mistake going with this company

Do NOT use this site. They do don’t respond. I am out of pocket by £250 and unable to get a response. I will delete/amend this review should they come back to my messages, provide a refund or actually deliver the items ordered. However, judging by the other reviews I am not holding out much hope. Disgusted!

Such awful company, ordered from them all going well at start, said my order on way but later months on still no order and were awful at replying, I had to continually keep messaging but never replied, in the end I had to file a dispute with them as wanted refund, luckily I paid via PayPal. Dont shop with them, still waiting on my order but no response from them.very disappointed

Order never sent and when the company got back to me I was told they are short staffed, promised I would get tracking tracking yesterday and it will have left the warehouse. Still not sent! Order was placed Nov 20th and should have arrived within 5 days. I am certainly not waiting around after reading other reviews. Definitely a scam company! Other customers having same experience.

Appalling service from this company. I ordered 3 weeks ago. They have taken payment. I'd tried to call. The telephone numbers do not work. I've had 1 response by email to say the staff in the warehouse are off sick. I've replied to ask when I can expect my crates. No response. My order has now send ready to send for 4 days, but still no communication. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SHOCKING SERVICE.

No order arrived leaving our business in a pickle during a cost of living crisis fab business acumen right there NOT!

They don't arrive been waiting over 3 weeks and fogged of at every opportunity. No contact either after original message to say a slight delay 3 dates I've been given now and see not appeared

Order done on 5th September, money taken on 6th, but recently seen that the order was cancelled (reason: payment expired).
One week ago they was saying through email that the order will be delivered in 2 days, nothing happened and no other answer from them.

Don’t order from this company!!! Lists 10 days delivery then excuse after excuse ! Latest eta is another 4-5 weeks if I’m lucky. Had rude response . First item
I ordered came through and was great !

Put an order in on 31st May still no delivery
They said they would refund my money ,but still waiting.
Am now trying to get my money back from my credit card company.
Have ordered from Amazon Uk for the same price came the next day.
Stay well clear of this company

The company has very poor communication skills. They do not reply to emails. Ordered 10 crates but received 4 only. I would not recommend this company at all.

Placed an order on June 7th still yet to receive my order, Contacted them via email twice and by the phone and still haven't received my order. Poor communication, promised on the phone order was due to be sent out that week and 5 weeks later still nothing.

Placed an order on 5th May. Not received it, contacted them 3 times and no reply at all. Very disappointed. I give them zero stars. Don't recommend them at all.
