Had a bad situation where the frame came unhinged. They were very responsive and issued a new one. Bought two more frames which were perfect.

Wasn’t framed properly, the sides are not connected. Waiting to hear back.

We recently purchased an Andy Warhol “I Love You, So” print from King & McGaw and were disappointed with what we received.
When the print arrived, there was a line of small black text running along the white border at the bottom of the print. This text was not visible or indicated anywhere on the product images on their website, where the border appears completely white. As anyone who collects or displays art prints will understand, the clean border is an important part of the presentation, so this was quite surprising.
After contacting customer service, we were informed that this text is a “byline” that they print on all unframed prints for copyright reasons. While we appreciate the explanation, it would have been helpful if this had been clearly shown or mentioned on the product page before purchase. We have been buying prints for many years and have never encountered this before.
To be fair, King & McGaw did offer the option to return the print for a full refund, which we appreciate. However, the experience was still disappointing, particularly given the expectations set by the website imagery.
Just a gentle warning to others considering purchasing from them: if you are ordering an unframed print, be aware that it may include small copyright text along the border even if this isn’t visible in the product photos.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Delivery had to be rescheduled 3 times because they didn't communicate properly and then refused to do anything. Took me over 3 weeks to receive

I would give this company 6 stars if I could. Not only are their products superb in range and quality, but the service is second to none. They have sorted out an error that I made with my order promptly and efficiently. I could not rate them more highly.

Amazing company. I ordered 6 posters and realised after I purchased that they would arrive later than I needed. Used chat functionality on their website to ask if the order could be rushed - Marie in their customer service team went above and beyond to help. I got my order before I needed to travel and the quality is fantastic. I'm over the moon. Would absolutely recommend this company and will be a returning customer for sure.

I have ordered several framed prints from this company and they have always been excellent. Nice prints with lovely frames and very well packed. DPD have also always taken care of them. Credit where it's due.

This is the second time we have ordered from King & McGaw (total of four pictures). Beautiful pictures, nicely framed, carefully packed, and delivered within a week. What is not to like?

The frames are very overpriced (particularly if you get a recessed print- its just a printed whote border). I found the customer service to be very poor.

I bought what was listed as a print of a painting. I received low quality, pixilated poster. The painting part is tiny and surrounded by bold writing that takes up most of the space. The picture is completely misleading on the site as it does not show any of this and indicates an unrealistic size of the print. It was absolutely not even worth £40.

Outstanding service and framing. There are many art print and framers online. I have used some of them prior to my order from King and McGaw but they are poor by comparison. King and McGaw not only have a huge selection of high quality prints and limited editions but their framing is impeccable.
I will be ordering again, they're not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for.
