Casino accepted multiple deposits, but no withdrawals, after consulting accepted documents, allowed to withdraw 2 times, then asked again for proof of address. I had a legit document from my State Revenue Service, but they think that a utility bill or bank statement was more of a proof, what is not logical in my opinion. State Revenue Service is a government issued document of proof of my address, a document, that is proof that i pay taxes. From their perspective private owned firms like bank or utility bill from private owned firms is more proof than government issued. I had never such problems with documents on casinos like Bitstarz, Vulkan Vegas, Spin casino and others.

Pros: Almsot instant withdrawal times.

Cons: Bot like response from some of helpdesk and slow game loading times most of the time.
