A professional, well-run space that genuinely supports your business

We've been based at Kingdom Business Centre for over two years now, and it continues to be a great home for our business. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained, which is exactly what you'd want when meeting clients or just getting your head down.

The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful without being intrusive. Meeting rooms are well-equipped and easy to book, and the location is hard to beat.

One small note: the one-parking-space-per-office policy can feel a little restrictive when multiple people are in at once. Worth knowing before you move in, but it hasn't been a dealbreaker for us.

Overall, a well-run centre with a professional atmosphere and a community feel. Would recommend to any business looking for flexible office space in Newton Abbot.

Bright and well-ordered

Bright and well-ordered work, training and meeting spaces:

Calm work environment, with considerate neighbours making prolonged focus on work easy.

Ample meeting rooms with good availability, including an exceptional training space.

Conveniently located for Newton Abbot train station, enabling access to frequent and fast onward services to Plymouth and Exeter etc
with other nearby amenities of friendly café, well-equipped gym and restorative nature walks along the tree lined Teign tributaries.

Engaging and pro-active staff make the working day both pleasant and efficient.

So happy to have found this great place, particularly valuing the opportunity to network with and learn from experienced colleagues.

Great office space in Newton Abbot

We’ve been using Kingdom Business Centre for our recruitment business and couldn’t be happier! The offices are spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very professional. The staff are friendly, helpful, and so accommodating – our reception even calls through to us when visitors arrive, which is a huge convenience.

There’s onsite parking, and the meeting rooms are available to book and always set up exactly how you need them. As a recruitment company, we love the flexibility of having the office open even with just one person working. Other benefits include a professional environment, secure access, and all the facilities you could need to run a business efficiently.

Highly recommend Kingdom Business Centre for anyone looking for modern, flexible office space with excellent support.

Superb and highly recommend

We relocated our offices to Kingdom Business Centre in 2024, and the benefits to our business have been huge.
The team here is truly exceptional. Always seeking to help. Friendly, reliable, professional.
The premises are very well maintained, and the location offers easy access from surrounding areas, with plenty of available parking.
It would be no exaggeration to say that choosing to move here was one of the best business decisions we have made.
We recommend Kingdom Business Centre without hesitation.

Highly Recommend Call Handling Service

We have used the Kingdom Business Centre to handle our overflow calls, as Estate Agents ensuring every call is answered by a person who can help is very important. We have used their service for over 10 years and highly recomment their service.

Great Office Space and Friendly Business Community

We moved into our new office space around two weeks ago and the whole process has been smooth from start to finish. Everything was arranged very quickly and efficiently, which made the move much easier for us as a business.

The team have been extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s been great to be surrounded by other businesses in the building who are also approachable and professional.

The facilities are excellent – the kitchens and toilets are always very clean and well maintained, and everyone seems very respectful of the shared spaces which makes a big difference.

Overall, it has been a very positive move for us and we are really pleased with our decision to relocate here.

Flexible Terms - The centre offers "easy-in, easy-out" rolling monthly contracts, making it ideal for start-ups, businesses in transition or established and permanent resident businesses alike.

Diverse On-Site Services - As well as offering professional offices, the centre provides virtual office addresses, call-handling services, and professional administrative support (including printing and spreadsheet assistance) if required.

Room Facilities - Meeting rooms are available to book and are very well presented. They offer modern conferencing and meeting facilities, including refreshments for hosts and attendees.
