They have stolen from me

I wish I read the reviews before using them. I trusted Kinghams with a service of my Range Rover Sport (they claim to be Range Rover Specialists). That was a mistake. I ended up paying £1455 for them to fix 'lots of lights on the dash' (literally thats what the invoice said). My car went in with zero lights on the dash. They said it would be around £700 to fix. I reluctantly agreed. After they had my car for a few weeks. They sent me a bill for £1455. I paid half as I was stick in the war in Dubai and to be honest wasn't clear why it was so expensive when Keith told me it would be £700. The engine warning light came on immediately once it got back to us. After a fight (they initially refused to fix it but as I had emailed in and been told via email they would fix it for free of charge, as they should), Keith the owner had no choice but to fix it. I paid the final payment of £755. They delivered the car back to me for a second time and within a few hours the engine warning light was back on again. I have since called three times and emailed twice. They have been ignoring me. Keith will not call me. I spoke to a receptionist named Julie who was entirely unhelpful and bordering rude on the phone. She said she sent me an email last week. I have received zero contact from Kinghams. So all in all, I went in for a £300 service and left £1455 lighter and an engine warning light that was not there initially, that according to Julie on the phone, Keith has no intention of fixing.

Outstanding service

Outstanding experience from this specialist sales / service dealer…. They looked after me and my old Range Rover L322 very well indeed. Personalised service from the first interaction from the whole team.
Thank you, will be back.
Highly recommended.

4 months without a fix. Worst experience ever, customer service non-existent!

Worst experience ever! customer service of the service department is non-existent. Brought my Range Rover to them on 5th December for a dashboard warning, 4 months later the vehicle is still with them with no resolution in sight. I've called almost weekly just for a status update/call back and have not been called back in over 2 months. Even after escalation to the owner the issue was not resolved with urgency and it feels like I have been sidelined and ignored. This is not good customer service at all. At one point I was even told the issue was fixed and I can pick up the car but my Range Rover app confirmed this was not true so I called them back and told them the issue was still there (which they later confirmed). I can remotely see via the app the vehicle has not been worked on for weeks. Even after agreeing with the owner on certain dates to receive a call back nobody calls back even out of curtosy to apologise for the lack of progress and provide some sort of timeline for expected resolution. When I call I'm given excuses of people being out of office for various reasons and no update on my vehicle. I have been more than patient and fair with them but 4 months without a fix is ridiculous and 2 months without a callback is not good customer service at all, very disappointing!
