I’ve purchased three flocked trees from KOC and they are amazing! So much less messy than others I’ve had with great shape, easy to put together and great lights. The last one was on sale with an addi... See more

My tree is 3 days late. No one will answer my emails or call me back. Horrible customer service! I don't care if the tree is amazing when it arrives, I will NEVER order from them again! They are not worth the hassle.
I ordered a tree with the understanding that the early Black Friday deals would be the same discounts as offered on the day. Tree is nice but no nicer than similar trees I saw at Lowe's for less money. Less than a week after I placed my order (tree did arrive quickly), I see they are offering an additional $100 off. I emailed asking if they would honor the additional discount since it was less than a week after I placed my order and was told no. They also said they only price match within 48 hours and any credits are only given in store credit. How many fake Christmas trees does someone need? It's a policy that only enriches the company and makes clear they do not value their customers. Save yourself the hassle and purchase an equally nice tree for less money at your local big box store. They, at least, have rational return and discount policies.
They do not honor their warranty. Bought a tree in November of 2020. We got it out the other day and noticed that the bottom branches were touching the ground and that the bottom post was bent, in a way causing the tree to lean over. It is bound to fall over. It is a design flaw with their stand. The tree bent right were the stand meets the trees post. They refused to honor their warranty. Their customer service rep and her supervisor said that they were the top of the line and that I could not speak to their bosses. The supervisor then hung up on me.
So there is a website that has the similar name to this site. And it is a scammer site. I ordered what I thought was my kids Christmas gift. Emailed the party and they informed me that the site was a scammer site. Please be careful
