He was able to get me one of those which just shows how much Colnago considers his bike shop considering the very limited amount of frames available after production. He kept me updated on the progress and also was very open and friendly when discussing about the process of getting the frameset. Top notch service and also top frameset. Would 100% recommend if you need any top-tier components or Colnago bikes. Everything is on point when it comes to the customer service and quality of service.

Arno and I connected in a Colnago dedicated facebook group, and where all other sellers in EU and the US could not get me the black and blue Colnago Y1Rs frame in size M, Arno had it for me in a week or so. And even got the right handlebar, despite it not being available for sale anywhere. I got cheap-ish power meter pedals, I got a lot of minor extra stuff. I just got a lot more than I could dream about at a competitive price.

It all seemed a bit too good to be true, but nope, no scam, just an incredibly passionate and friendly Belgian person going through fire and ice to get me my dream bike before training camp and start of season.

I still feel like I am dreaming and I seriously want to ride the Ronde Fondo so I can also stop by the King of the Watts store in Antwerp, give Arno a thankful hug, show him my bike and have a coffee with him.

Only bad thing is, that he's team MvdP, but I won't hold that against him.

I was looking over a month for a THM clavicula crankset in 165mm and the lead production time was over 8 weeks. Then I found King of the Watts online store who not only had it in stock but also in the best price on the market. I send Arno a message because this was a hard to believe offer but Arno answered immediately and make me fill safe as he sent me a detailed video with the exact product he had in stock. All the process was smooth and I had the crankset in less than a week!

King Of The Watts is certainly one of the Kings when it comes to customer friendliness, service and speed in delivering my CARBON TI chainrings. This Italian product was not even available in Italy as quickly as at Arno Matheyssen, Owner King Of The Watts CommV. A really super pleasant experience with this company.
