We’ve experienced this company for a group of 37. One of my studens’ luggage didn’t come out so we had to get out of the airport later than our time. But our driver Kirk was very patient and helped our luggage to put on the coach. The company staff I have been contact were very helpful especially Hazel helped me very much at all stage of my booking. Thank you very much. I highly recommend it.

We used this company for a group of 16 girls for a hen do and they were fantastic. Our flight was delayed and our driver raja was very accommodating and kept us all from stressing. Would definitely use again.

I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with Kingsgate Coaches. After being contacted by their company over the phone regarding a price for a bus transfer from London to Glastonbury, I was provided with their IBAN bank details for payment. Following their instructions, I promptly made the bank transfer. Upon confirmation from my bank that the payment had been successfully processed, I reached out to Kingsgate Coaches to ensure they received the full amount requested.

To my dismay, I was informed that they hadn't received any payment and was advised to double-check with my bank. After providing them with evidence of the transaction, including the bank receipt, I was informed that the account they had provided was a "dormant account." When I requested clarification on why they had provided me with incorrect banking details and asked for documentation regarding the inactive account status, my inquiries were met with silence.

Instead of addressing my concerns, Kingsgate Coaches responded with a barrage of rude and unhelpful emails and messages, repeatedly claiming they hadn't received payment. This experience has left me deeply suspicious of the legitimacy of this company. The lack of transparency, coupled with their dismissive and discourteous communication, strongly suggests that Kingsgate Coaches may be involved in fraudulent activities.
In addition, I involved my bank to intervene and attempt to retrieve the payment, but they were unsuccessful in reaching Kingsgate Coaches. This further compounds my skepticism towards the integrity of the company and reinforces my suspicion that they may indeed be operating dishonestly.

This company is a scam. Do not use. Did not turn up. Failed to return calls. Felt people stranded. Do not use.

Our driver turned up early, not too early, but early enough to be leaving before schedule after loading our luggage on (there was a lot!)

He was very friendly, let us hook up to the Bluetooth to play our music and assisted with our luggage.

Same as when he picked us up to go home again!

Kingsgate coaches recently organised transport for our group to return home after a night out in Cornwall. It was well organise and the quote was a fair price. The only reason I give 4 stars is that some of the communication was lacking and we didn’t receive the drivers details until 2pm on the day of travel. Once we had them I was super relieved and everything else went without a hitch. Thank you for organising kingsgate coaches. It’s often very hard to find taxis in Cornwall

Appalling. They cancelled our bus 48hours before the booking and we are still waiting for a refund. SCAM. Do not use

Arrived 4 hours late and the driver had his 2 children on the bus, not quite the experience expected.

We requested a van to go from our hotel to Southampton cruise terrminal that would accomodate 8 large adults with 8 large(23kg) suitcases and 8(18kg) carryon luggage. At first we were told an 8 seater than said we would not fit after I asked for a gurantee. They then said we would need a 16 seater at a higher price. we agreed to the quoted price. The van was over a half hour late piocking us up. We had paid extra for early boarding which we could not use because of traffic we were late .The communication with the company was poor. They were usintg Whats Up app, Which none of us senior citizens had, and are not familiar with . We were told nothing about it. Then I called thier number but they were very confused. They said the driver has been trying to call us on Whats Up app which we again did not have. They then said there was confusion about the airport arrival with our plane which made no sense since we arrived the day before.They must of scrambled to find someone at the last minute due to the confusion.The driver was friendly and appologetic. The van however was old banged up and dirty. Nothing like the pictures and had no air condition which was needed that day.We barely fit luggage and had to put it in ailes and stacked up. We had to climb over them to get out at a rest area. We got to the ship about an hour before departure which was cutting it close. You do not want to miss a ship! On the way back it was the same story. We had asked them to pick us up a little earlier since we disembarked early. They said it would be a substantial extra charge even though they were late picking us up at the hotel and getting us to the ship . We waited over a half hour again and no driver. Communicating with the company was terrible. Finally after three of us makimng attemts to find out where our driver was and telling them right where we were( Van Pick Up) the driver said they told him the wrong ship. It was the same driver, and dirty, banged up van with no air. Needless we were very unhappy with the company communication, disorganization and service
