My experience on re-mortgage with equity release was smooth purely because Merina (KingsGate Finance Mortgage Advisor) was very prompt and thorough in communicating the process throughout. Very satisfying experience with Kings gate. The estate agent and solicitor were often unhelpful and difficult to reach. I almost gave up several times. Thanks to Sudip, my case manager, he was a lifesaver. He constantly followed up with the solicitor and estate agent on my behalf, ensuring things moved forward.
