Thieves. Never received my order.
They string you along as if you have a chance to get a refund and then it is too late to charge back from the bank.

SCAM, SCAM, JUST SCAM

Ordered 1 item. Got charged for two.
Then when we emailed them, they changed the price higher.
So we paid for two items, their unauthorized bonus charge and they ghosted us.
Funny, how on Walmart.com they have 90% 5 star reviews and on Trustpilot they have 90% 1 star reviews.

I ordered four items only received two after six emails not solved going on now six months it takes them a month to answer your emails if at all bad customers service think before you order of them.

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering from this disgraceful company. I saw the advert for bespoke car cushions on YouTube, ordered them, and paid for them with my debit card. Since then, I have been unable to contact them, despite receiving notifications for 'despatch', 'special offers', ' discount codes', and a request for a review. This organisation is a total scam and whoever is behind it obviously likes to gloat that they have fooled another customer into parting with their money.
Although I am in my eighties, I always took pride in thinking I was ahead of the game when it came to scams. However, it just proves that the saying:- 'No fool like an old fool' has some merit.

Total scam. First saw King Shop advert for car cushions on Facebook. Went to website to order. All looks legit. Website shows a vast catalogue of goods. After ordering a cushion received an email to confirm the order and a later email to say goods were on their way. Immediate red flags on investigation were 1) the tracking doesn’t work, 2) the delivery company as stated Delivery Express doesn’t appear to exist, 3) the email address has two i’s in the spelling 4) their telephone number 013212043358 has a prefix flagged for suspicious activities for a whole host of scams. It appears to be based in Orlando, Florida. 5) helpful Barclaycard also told me that my order with King Shop was also linked to a recurring monthly payment which has been stopped. So beware!

As other reviews ordered a month ago still nothing only asking for review and tracking number does not work.

DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM. IF YOU PAID BY PAYPAL THE DAY YOU REPORT THEN THE TRACKING ON PAYPAL SHOWS DELIVERED YET THE TRACKING NUMBER IS FAKE .... PLEASE PLEASE DINT BUY FROM THEM

This company is a scam! Advertised on Facebook -ordered two car seat cushions for Suzuki car.Items never received.Three emails to query non receipt never replied.Had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider who refunded my payment.At least Mr Turpin wore a mask! Avoid at your peril!

I paid for 2 Mercedes cushion for 1,5 month ago and they withdraw money from my account immediately but never sent anything. It is called theft and not business.

Thi is by far the worst Company to deal with, can't get my goods,
Can't get my money back, Can't make Contact with them, Utube should remove them from advertising. They are crooks..
Please stay clear of KING SHOP.

received an email requesting my feedback on a product I ordered in mid-December 2024, which I still have not received. I am very disappointed and believe that King Shop should refund my money for failing to fulfill their part of the transaction. I have attempted to contact them multiple times by both phone and email, but I have not received any response. Therefore, I strongly advise against ordering products from this supplier. I will be reporting them to my local trading standards and posting reviews on Google and Consumer Watchdog
And other relative departments

I ordered the clear window cleaner in August 2024. It’s now Dec 30th. No order, no refund, no communication. Avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered a Honda seat cushion for a present. Many weeks have passed no cushion or replies to my emails. I wish I’d looked it up before purchasing. Lesson learnt.

Hi I ordered Volvo seat cushions 4 weeks later I get a no reply email asking what I thought of my purchase but haven't received it an can't get in touch with them to ask were they are

if I could give minus 5. I would avoid this company rubbish products v slow dispatch total inability to contact then and no response to email
