Very fast and professional service
We needed a house clearance at short notice, due to sale date, I called Ross who was very helpful and cleared the house within days of my call. They were fast and professional, keeping me updated as I was not on site. Can fully recommend Kings House Clearance.

Friendly, reliable and efficient service
Ross made the difficult task of clearing my uncles flat a much less stressful experience. He was so helpful, friendly and calm, nothing was a problem.

Rising to a Difficult Challenge.
My late mum was a serial hoarder and we felt overwhelmed by the prospect of clearing the house whilst also dealing with our grief. Ross and his team undertook this challenging clearance sensitively, on time and as quoted, providing photo and video evidence on completion. Ross was very professional and personable throughout. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We needed the house cleared on a very tight time line. The team were very professional , made a very competitive quote and completed the job on time and on budget.
