Good customer service; okay quality product. Wallet 'leather' broke down after about 2 years. It's clearly some kind of bonded synthetic materials with thin leather exterior. For the price, it's okay, and they replaced it quickly and easily for about $29 which felt reasonable and enough for me to get another.

I bought a wallet 6 years ago from Kings loot and it’s been great. Slight stretching in the card holder and some aging of leather as expected but no complaints in quality.
Recently I took advantage of the lifetime warranty for a new one and they customer service was brilliant.

My money clip lost some of the sewing and Kings Loot replaced it - no question. Their response was quick and courteous. I was very impressed. And I love the money clip! It's thin and holds all the cards and bills I need plus an outside pocket to store the card I use the most so I can get to it quickly.

I received the Kings Loot Trackable…
I received the Kings Loot Trackable Wallet as a gift, and I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, the design has a major flaw that makes it hard to recommend. The credit card slots don’t hold cards securely, and they fall out constantly. The slots are so loose that my cards literally slide out and hit the floor. For a wallet at this price, failing the basic job of keeping cards in place is a deal‑breaker.

I bought a wallet. Then I came back for a passport wallet. Then a journal. Then a luggage tag... I'm hooked on their products. The quality of the leather is amazing and the workmanship is fantastic. I hear the warranty is amazing, as well, but I'm hoping I never have to use it.

Terrible Customer Service
Haven’t received the wallet yet, but customer service hasn’t made a great impression so far… I ordered a wallet for my husband and in the shop app it looked like my new customer discount was applied & total should’ve been around $79. Somehow the discount didn’t end up getting applied and my order confirmation email shows a total of $138. I emailed customer service within 1 hr of placing the order and they basically said there was nothing they could do. You can’t tell me you’re getting that wallet ready to ship within 1 hour of the order being placed. There has to be some way that you could cancel it. Probably won’t be purchasing from this company again

This is a reply to your reply, I was never offered "two ways" of getting the replacement so thats interesting. Not only was I not offered that, you still charged us for the cost of the replacement wallet and held it until you received my Husbands wallet back, even though we had not received the replacement wallet, leaving us with no wallet at all and 2 charges, one for $106.68 and one for $29.97. If someone is buying a wallet, then paying for the engraving, why would the replacement not be the same? I truly thought I had found a great company to get wallets and similar for my loved ones, but you over promise and under deliver. You would be better off not lying about the "free lifetime replacement". It cost us $30 and for whatever reason there was a hold placed that we were also not informed of, the communication has been lacking to say the least and overall, this experience has ensured I will never use your company again. Highly disappointing as the wallet itself was decent, lasted just under 2 years.... epic fail on the backend and upholding your promises.
