Kings Outdoor Lighting Reviews

Unfortunately it was not the item I needed. However, Kings made it very easy to return it for a refund. Therefore my impression is that Kings is an ethical and trustworthy company to deal with.

Great products. Fast shipping.

Great experience. Only received part of order but called and they fixed immediately! Love the product! Great quality
Highly recommend

Love my low voltage LED string lights! Bought two lengths totalling 96 feet for my backyard patio away from my house.

My only suggestion would be to let the buyer know what type of connection they're getting. Bare wire in this case.

My pool light arrived open box missing the manual instructions for installation and was missing the bolts to attach it
I reached out to customer service to explain the situation and then they stopped responding

Great products and great customer service.

The pathway light is exactly what I needed to light up one area in the outdoor patio.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I was able to find the right part I've been looking for! Great place for hard to find landscape lighting parts! Highly recommended!

Everything was good except the on line ordering was not as clear and efficient as it could have been.

Ordered path lights. They turned out to have very short life spans. Disappointed in the product.

Had a great experience. Order was ready quickly, great customer service, incredible lights. I’ve stepped on them numerous times and they are very durable:)

great service, value, selection and prompt customer service

Pouyan has great product knowledge and excellent customer service skills. When I called him about one of my WIFI Timers not working, he immediately said "just bring it back and I'll get you a new one"!!!

Everything worked out fine got what I wanted .

Nice product! The lights I ordered is very high quality. The customer support members are very helpful, too. They helped me to find what I needed.

Great company and great prices. Highly recommend Kings Outdoor Lighting.

Good quality lights. Definitely the longest lead wire coming off the light which makes things easier.

Three weeks and no word on where my order is. No response from the cust service department. One more week and I reverse my credit card charge. Shouldn’t sell things you don’t have!

Picked out the fixtures I wanted. They combined the sale of fixtures with installation and design recommendations regarding placement of all fixtures. Work was excellent. All involved were accommodating, pleasant and timely. I would highly recommend this site if you are in the market for outdoor lighting projects

I was looking for bright outdoor string lights that would operate off an existing 12v lighting system and found these after a long search. At 2 watts each, these LED’s are four times brighter than the nearest alternative. The bulbs are sturdy and attractive. The wiring is _heavy_ —looks like outdoor 120v cabling, strong enough to string at distance without additional support. There was one dead socket at one end, but I didn’t ask for a replacement because I didn’t need light at that spot anyway. Easily five stars.
