Kings Road Merch Reviews 

I've ordered 6 times from Kings Road over the last year. The quality of the merch is generally the same as standard band merch (not good enough for how much it costs but expectedly so). However, it takes FOREVER to actually get an order. My one normal non-preorder took a month to get to me (domestic shipping). I've learned to mentally tack on at least 2 months to every pre-order date quoted, and basically just take the "I'll be surprised and pleased once it gets here" approach for anything I've bought. Currently waiting for the LS Dunes deluxe vinyl which was listed as being sent out mid-november and then moved to mid January. The same thing happened with four other pre-orders this year. It's always "the label" or "the manufacturer", which is probably true, but they should pad those pre-order dates a bit if they're never going to hit them anyway. At least they're usually pretty good about sending emails if they are delayed. If you need something quickly, this is not your site. Otherwise, it's a solid place to pick up decent (if expensive) band merch.

Order took several months to ship items that were in stock.

Was sent a sealed record with the wrong record inside. How do you get that wrong? Then never received a replacement. Insane that I'm now asked for feedback about my experience.

I bought 2 colored vinyl LP's and one arrived as black vinyl. Wrote and received a reply the same day, seems that the pressing plant screwed up, and others received the black vinyl version in error too. King's Road sent out the proper colored vinyl LP and all is good.

I also bought 2 'Mystery Packs' that contained hoodies, t-shirts, stickers, etc. Very pleased with the order.

Pre ordered Cannibal Corpse merch in June, finally received my tracking number December 1st. I understand the company moved their warehouse across the states, but this is a crazy wait. I’ll never order anything from them again.

Cool Stuff, but I didn't hear anything for about 3 weeks, then got shipping notification, and it arrived soon after that.

Pretty sure it's a fake site. Ordered my shirt on September and have yet to receive it or get a shipping number two months later.

I ordered a hoodie well over one month ago and still no communication regarding shipping/delivery. I sent an email inquiring information about the order and still no response. Find your merchandise elsewhere.

Been almost two months and they haven't shipped my order.

Trying to get a refund on my shipping costs because shipping services I paid extra for weren't met and now I'm actively trying to explain to a very ignorant customer service what I am wanting. My shirt came a couple days later after the day I spent good money for it to be here on and now krm is jerking me around trying their best not to give me back my money

BUYER BEWARE!! I have messaged/emailed this company about an item I ordered and get no response. They don't respond to messages and none of their phone numbers listed work. I did not get an email with an order number or anything after the purchase, just a generic email thanking me for ordering. And now...no contact...

Garbage company. Placed an order two months ago and still haven't gotten it.
Only response is nonsense about "moving our warehouse"
No outreach, no apologies, no offers of expedited shipping or anything.
Mostly, just silence.

Don't do business with these people

Placed an order for a Tom Waits album on 11/02/2023. It's been 14 days and there's been no order update nor contact with the seller despite repeated attempts following their FAQ. I have disputed this purchase with my bank and paypal in attempt to recoup funds as this site does not allow order cancellations without 'their' permission. Tldr; do not recommend.

Update: A few days after filing a dispute with PayPal I received a customer service response from KinsRoad stating my order was in queue and that a tracking # would be provided soon. Two days later I received tracking information and the product purchased eventually arrived. Entire process was 20 total days from order placed to order received. In the end I rescinded the disputed purchase against KingsRoad on PayPal once I received the tracking information.

I preordered a Public Serpents CD back in April of 2023. I understood it was a preorder, but it didn’t arrive untill September 2023. When i kept inquiring about it i got the same response: “it’s been pushed back to next month”. That got me no where when they couldn’t give me a date for when it would be shipped out. I got the same reaponse about 5 times before i got an email saying when it would be shipped. Overall, some frustration because i never got a solid answer to my question.

Kings Road is awesome! Received my package early and in great conditiomn

I ordered a shirt over 5 months ago and it still hasn't shipped and their customer service doesn't respond no matter how many emails I send. Will not be ordering anything from them ever again.

I am at week 12 since my order and my item has yet to ship. The month of October delays were expected as a warehouse transition was happening. My order was placed August 18th and I got an email just now telling me they don’t know when my order will transfer and ship.
I work in a warehouse and am transferring stock to another continent and can guarantee a (three day transit time with breaks) a 4 day turn around.
This company was one of the best in the business, why can’t they handle logistics?

I've ordered more than a few things from Kings Road over the last few years, and this year I had a preorder for a vinyl that ended up taking a bit longer on the manufacturer's side. So somewhere in the wait time, and me checking up on the order I had a change of address. I reached out and they had me sorted in a business day or so.Product shipped, and it was in great shape.

I had an order that came in fine but a different order went to my old address even after reaching out to try to change it. I didn’t get any response from the website and I reached out a second time and still didn’t get a response so I just lost those items and the ~$130.

I realy like de graphic and design. But the hoodie and the t-shirt are too small. The large t-shirt feel like a medium and same for the hoodie. It's a XL and he the size of a medium
