This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. During a phone call, the representative was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the start. Instead of trying to help or address the issue, he became hostile and actually called me a moron.
That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable in any professional setting. No customer should be spoken to in such a degrading way. If this is how the company allows staff to treat people, it reflects very poorly on their standards and leadership.
Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are plenty of businesses that treat customers with basic respect — this is not one of them.
