The people were caring and supportive. However we found the communication at times confusing and at times slow. It meant we had less time to understand and do what we needed to do to arrange the funeral.
This increased our distress at an already distressful situation.

The folks at Kingston funerals were very caring and professional when we arranged our Mother's funeral.
Even though the funeral was a very simple affair Kingston took care of everything, and the cost was more than reasonable.
We used Kingston for our Father's funeral 20+ years ago and many of our extended family members have used their services.
Highly, highly recommended!

Our contact (Junior) was excellent! He took us through everything, including the likelihood that Mum's ashes would not return in time to be present at the scheduled service, but in the end, the Kingston team worked very hard to do everything before this date and Mum was with us on the day. Junior was in contact with us throughout. Highly recommended.
