Don’t get scammed by this company. Any positive reviews are probably written by their employees.

This is the company that owns Cynta AI Trading. They make huge promises and don’t deliver. Told me to expect 6%-12% monthly returns. Since February my accounts are down 40% and no one from Cynta Support is available because there is no contact information on their website. I filed a fraud claim with the FTC this week.

This review is false and appears to have been posted against the wrong company.

The reviewer describes an alleged experience with Cynta AI Trading. Kingswell Capital does not own Cynta AI Trading, is not owned by Cynta AI Trading, and has no affiliation with Cynta AI Trading.

Kingswell Capital operates under Unifund Capital Holdings LLC, a separate legal entity that has been established for approximately 2.5 years, with separate ownership and operations. We do not use Cynta’s trading systems, brokerages, infrastructure, or advertised performance figures.

More importantly, we have no record of this reviewer ever being a Kingswell Capital client. We have no record of a purchase, enrollment, onboarding, or call with this individual. His claims regarding losses, promised returns, customer support, and his alleged experience relate to Cynta, not Kingswell Capital.

The reviewer begins by telling readers not to do business with our company, then supports that accusation entirely by describing his alleged experience with a different company. That is materially misleading.

We are happy to provide Trustpilot with records confirming that this individual has never purchased our services, as well as documentation establishing the separate legal ownership and operation of Kingswell Capital/Unifund Capital Holdings LLC.

We have requested that Trustpilot investigate this review because it does not describe a genuine experience with our business.

We take legitimate criticism from actual clients seriously. However, criticism of an unrelated company should not be presented as an experience with Kingswell Capital.

Risk-conscious

For me it's more about how they handle risk. I don't need somebody trying to hit home runs every week with my account. I'd rather make less and actually be able to sleep at night, you know?

I was definitely skeptical at first

I was definitely skeptical at first. There's so much bullshit in this space that I kinda assumed there would be some catch. But I'm a little over a year in now and it's been solid. Support especially has been really good.
