am not recieving my items i paid for.

After using it a couple of times I didn't think it would matter making a slightly bigger purchase and now all my orders are on hold support is useless and I don't seem to get a response from their 24/7 customer support. The chat bot is the worst part of the site all it does is tell you that there's an issue like no sh!t there's an issues otherwise I wouldn't need to use support.

so i bought a steam global gift card yesterday and when i entered the code it didnt work, so i waited more because steam says it might take a few hours to activate the code, so i waited more and it didnt work, i just tried a while a go and it didnt work. i contacted the seller and they didnt reply, i contacted costumer support and they didnt reply, i contacted kinguin on paypal and they didnt reply, now is that normal? i should have visited this website before i made my purchase.

Got scammed by a seller, got sold a used key.
Started a ticket, Kinguin didnt give a f***. Just said sorry for their long response times, gave me a code for 20% and said "resolve this issue with the seller".

1. You cant messege sellers.
2. How the f*** am i supposed to resolve an issue with a seller whom obviously scammed me?

I have bought tons of keys from here. But as soon as you get any issue, they dont give a f***.

Kinguin. Don't do it! You will regret it.

I purchased an Office 2019 key from Kinguin in mid -December 2020. So far I've spent about 3 hours of my time trying to get it to work, and I'm out $71.00. Their "support" gets back to you whenever they feel like it. Usually a week later for me. I've been trying to get it to work for a month and counting. When they do get back to you, they ask you to do the same thing over and over.

Paypal will do nothing for you. As far as Paypal is concerned, they sent you a key. The fact that the key doesn't work really isn't important to Paypal.

All in all a waste of time and money. I've learned my lesson. No to Kinguin. Paypal isn't much better.

I hope this helps someone avoid being ripped off like I was.

I'm a seller there. Or was should I say. They are not issuing the payouts, and they don't reply any of the tickets. My best guess, is that they are about to take the money and run. They are going out of business soon, so stay away from there. Refrain from buying or selling anything.
They are a bunch of thieves.

Have bought several products from this company and the sister company which is now the same company G2Play.net. At least 3 times they have not delivered the product that I bought, and only refunded after jumping through hoops and kicking a fuss. Only refunded to EURO points on their site, I never got my money back at all, not to my account. They ripped off with the EURO points as well. DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES THEY ARE NOT Registered STEAM KEY Resellers. If they do not give a full refund they are breaking the LAW.

I bought 7 keys of xbox game pass ultimate 14 days , the first code is worked and i get the rest keys is already used

I using this site since 2020. In 2020 site was very bugged, log out when trying to buy any key or had problem with password. Now it works fine but getting into real support is hard, mostly is AI :/

They put my order in hold without explanation and never returned the money back to my Paypal account. It's being 10 days now and still fighting.
