I am over 60, with super sensitive skin & have struggled to find a cleanser that will leave my face clean & does not cause irritation. I started using Kinvara's cleansing oil every night about 4 weeks ago & am really pleased with the product. My face feels clean after use without any irritation. I have just purchased their rosehip face serum & am hoping for equally good results.

I wanted to try the 24h Rosehip Serum because of the excellent reviews, but unfortunately my skin did not react well to it. It is very sensitive, and I had to stop using it. However, when I contacted customer service and explained my situation, Sarah kindly looked into my case, gave me options, and I can say that I had a positive experience despite my sensitivity.

I ordered loads of products before Christmas and to this date, have not received anything. I had to contact the company and chase this and all I got was sorry it’s lost. We can either ship it again or issue you a full refund. A company that has something other than money in mind would offer a form of compensation hoping to keep every customer happy and returning but not this company. Don’t know if their products are any good or not but the fact they care so little to value customers makes me rethink if they care if their products are any good or not.

I used kinvara products for years and always loved them ,but found them expensive so I switched to a cheaper brand which was ok too ,but I'm going back to Kinvara again my niece bought me the moisturiser for Xmas and really no other moisturizer has felt as good on my skin so I've just ordered the cleansing oil and the serum love those products ,I think when one finds a product that works stick with it that's what I'm going to do ..

I placed an order on December 1st 2025 and it arrived on January 5th 2026. My order was supposed to be a Christmas gift but obviously did not arrive in time. When I emailed to enquire about my order, the response I received was so disappointing, I was told “unexpected volume” meant products were out of stock. If a product was out of stock, it should state that on your website and saying unexpected volume in December is absurd. This whole experience was so disappointing.

All of their products are just incredible! I have used all of the “high end” products and I still always go back to Kinvara. I truly believe in their products & I love their ethos. As customers we need more products like this i.e customer in mind, ethically sourced & made, free of garbage etc. beautiful brand

I love the rosehip moisturizer. It has lovely texture and scent, dries quickly and has really suited my skin (which is sensitive to many products I’ve tried over the years). Ordering and delivery has been entirely straightforward.

Good products

Really beautiful, transformative products. I got the “facial at home” offer and cannot recommend it more highly. The products are excellent quality and while they’re rich in consistency, they’re not at all heavy on the skin. Can honestly say I will never buy another brand…. From the facial cleansing oil to the serum, face oil and moisturizer…. One is as delightful as the next and my skin looks and feels fab fab fab! Thank-you, Kinvara. Never change!

Your hand and nail cream is the best! Love that it sinks into my dry hands and the smell is fab! Many thanks for a great product.

Lovely products which seem to help my skin look fresher and more hydrated and glowing. A little expensive for my budget but they do go a long way.

Quick and efficient
