Admittedly I didnt check trustpilot fo kirakuco prior to my purchse.
I ordered three trousers.
All of the same size which they are not.
The pictures on the hp are missleading in terms of fit, shape and material.
One of the pants makes me look like the interior of a chinese restaurant - a cheap one though ...
The return conditions are unbearable and to expensive. A rather long delivery process of nearly 14 days is annoying.
During the order process I twice got to choose between two presents. These were ok.
In general and overall a bad experience.

I ordered two pairs of pants, one Akio style and one Yoko style: both were good quality and met my expectations, but the Akio style was smaller than I expected. Actually, I made a mistake in choosing the size; when I asked for a refund and offered to cover the shipping costs, the Kirakuko team instead offered me a store credit for the same amount. They were very kind, allowing me to order another pair of pants paying only for the shipping. Overall, an excellent experience.
