A very nice pant and very confortable as i was expecting. A special grateful and big applauses for the quality of the customer relationship of this company. My first purchase was too large and they never stop reacting quikcly and positively to find a solution.

I ordered trousers from Kirakuco that were significantly smaller than advertised. Even with photographic proof, I was only offered a replacement item. A refund was refused or tied to expensive return shipping to China, with no mention of this before purchase.
Conclusion: No consumer-friendly resolution, no willingness to compromise despite clear evidence. My bank (Visa) issued a full refund after I filed a chargeback – that says it all.

SCAM, RUNAWAY!
1) Clothes are cheap chinese ones not japanese.
2) Overpriced fast fashion clothes
3) Returns AREN'T easy, they want you to take multiple pictures fo products and even when proven wrong they don't recognize they made mistakes or size guide is wrong (as they advertise on the site)
4) Sizes are wrong and inconsistent, even with carefull reading of the size guides.
5) DON'T TRUST THEIR RATINGS. You can't let them a bad review or choose below 4 stars on their website it will redirect you to contact.
6) Really poor and anoying experience with customer service.

In really simple words, this company is scam!! Quality is bad, service is bad, size is wrong, not able to return or pay a lot to send it to China. Again its a scam this awful company!!

I bought a couple of products a couple of months ago and was satisfied with the product quality and how they work with clients. I had to send one pair of pants back, and the exchange went without any problems, thanks to wonderful customer support.

The shown products, trousers, and what I got is identical. This is not self evident in todays world. The products are fine and I like the Japanese style very much. So if you are looking for a different look you might find it here

Everything was as described and the delivery was quite fast for nearly all around the world. The pants are really comfortable. I wear them all the time.

I ordered twice with them quick delivery one week I like the products Japanese style trousers However 2xl a little narrow I use the belt to get it enlarged

Don’t buy with then. They can be fine, if you’re lucky not to have issues with product.
After my several purchases with kirakuco which were fine, I have received item with manufacturing defect - oversized.
Despite i have provided evidence and they confirmed deviation in size, they claimed its not sufficient to apply return of goods and return of cost by kirakuco (regardless its claimed at their website). So they provide return address which is in China and return cost customer has to cover - is similar to cost of the cloth.
Kirakuco is scam without loyalty to even current customers.

I was so curious about their clothes that I decided to try one of their trousers: Yoko
Shipping was in time and the product itself is flawless. I love how is fitting and the fabric is so light and durable.

Clothing quality way better then what i expected and i had an excellent experience with the customer service. My original package got lost during shipping, and after a quick and positive back and forward with Kirakuco, they sent a replacement shipping free of charge which arrived quick and without problems. I was suprised to see complaints about the customer service on here while i have nothing but praise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the clothing. The half-length trousers (taro) are actually very comfortable and also breathable. However, Da Yun is pure synthetic, but at that price I wouldn't have expected silk. I'm very much a Japanophile, so I was immediately hooked by the advert. I'm happy with the items, even the free tsuna wears well and has got my bald head through many a sun-intensive day. Unfortunately, the range is a bit limited, but I do pop in from time to time. Also good: the delivery was fast!

I like the pants that I bought. They are fresher than I've expected. BUT the left pocket came unstitched on the first day. Period.

Good quality for my 2 orders, the only thing bad is the variability of size... Some pants are very good sized but some other it's very hard to wear it because of the size of the belt.. and for sure, as the return is too expansive, i will try to modify the pants by myself. But in general, i'm quite happy of the quality.
